He patiently guided me through trying different types and sizes, which was essential since I struggle with neck and shoulder pain. Thanks to Tim’s expertise and recommendations, I finally found the right one. I've always used Tempur-Pedic pillows, and whenever I tried to switch to cheaper alternatives, they only made things worse, causing more neck pain and sleepless nights. “We went in for a new remote for our 2016 model bed. Browsing the store after it was determined that we needed to contact Sleep Number customer service my wife and I were asking questions about the newer model beds and advancements of newer model beds.
After some discussion with the salesman my wife and I agreed that we should upgrade our bed. Honestly I believe we were on the same wavelength walking into the store that we wanted to upgrade our bed.
