“I got a great deal on a great Matress. I want to say I appreciate Megan, who, despite my business schedule continued to reach out. I was going with a Matress brand that was a little closer to my budget, but she was able to find me something much better that felt like my old Serta blue Max. As soon as I tried the Matress, my back felt Better. Thank you so much again for everything.”

“When we bought our new home back in Sept 2022, we bought furniture at both SF and NFM. Fast forward to Jan 2026 and I just want to share that the pieces we bought from SAGINAW FURNITURE, was not only cheaper than NFM but the quality has been far superior to that of the overpriced low quality bulk produced furniture we bought at nfm at the same time. Ive spent the last 3 weeks just trying to get NFM to honor the 5 year protection plan, through square trade/Allstate. Claiming they would send someone out within 72 hours. After my 20th call to them this morning, I asked can I just hire a different furniture repair company? She wasnt sure but would find out. So, since I tossed Saginaw furniture 's info into this ordeal for the repairs, I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Steve. Y'all THIS RIGHT HERE is why to do your business with family owned local shops. He was awesome and able to help get the dots connected. He even remembered the custom halltree we bought way back in 2022. We also bought a complete bedroom suite with them. We had been hunting everywhere because I wanted antique white furniture. Having dual base adjustable beds also presented a challenge in finding a headboard to make the adjustable beds look nicer. He found us a custom headboard, footboard and frame all wood and in antigue white , exactly what I wanted. Then they came and built it aroundbour beds! Their guys were fast, friendly, and cleaned up their mess. All the furniture we bought with them, still feels and looks brand new. Its all solid. Nothing loose or anything. Ok, so why so long to do the review? Thats on me. We got busy with moving ,kids in school, and life. Dealing with needing furniture repair in the junk nfm sold us brought all this back around. After how willing Steve was this morning to help us with this issue, I felt I absolutely needed to make sure people knew how awesome this little shop is. Don't waste your time driving to Dallas. Go see Steve at Saginaw furniture! I dont work for them or know them personally, just a really happy customer and in a world where everyone likes to complain, I just wanted to compliment them.”

“I don't usually write reviews, but Tim went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect pillow. He patiently guided me through trying different types and sizes, which was essential since I struggle with neck and shoulder pain. Thanks to Tim’s expertise and recommendations, I finally found the right one. I've always used Tempur-Pedic pillows, and whenever I tried to switch to cheaper alternatives, they only made things worse, causing more neck pain and sleepless nights. I visited the Tempur-Pedic store at the Tehama Ridge Shopping Center off of 35W and North Tarrant Pkwy, where they're currently offering a Buy 1 Get 1 Free sale until Monday, 10/14! That was the cherry on top, and I couldn't be happier. I'm so excited to sleep pain-free again and enjoy sweet dreams. Thank you, Tim – I can't express my gratitude enough. This truly feels like a dream come true!”

“What can I say about Christi, Cody, Cameron, Rob, and this incredible family-owned business? From the moment my husband and I walked through the door, they made us feel genuinely welcome. Their warm personalities, exceptional customer service, and attention to detail make it easy to see why they’ve been successfully serving customers since 2009. Their showroom offers a beautiful selection of high-quality furniture and home furnishings, from charming farmhouse styles to sleek, modern pieces. There’s truly something for every taste and home. My husband and I recently purchased a bedroom set and dining chairs as we’re starting over and furnishing our new home. After this experience, we fully intend to purchase the rest of our furniture from them. Their delivery service was just as impressive as the shopping experience. Everything arrived on time, carefully wrapped and protected, and handled with great care. It’s rare to find a business that combines quality products with such genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for beautiful furniture and a team that truly values its customers, I can’t recommend them enough. 10/10!”

“My first visit to this Sleep Number store was to return a product that I ordered online. As I walked into the store, my first thoughts were what a clean and pleasant shopping atmosphere it is. Josh, the store manager was very pleasant and personable. He made me feel like a valued customer. The return process went smoothly. He introduced me to a different product that would work better for me. This store is clearly well maintained with a great manager at the helm. In my opinion, he is an asset to this company.”

“I had an excellent experience at Rooms To Go. From the moment I walked in, I received personalized, friendly, and patient service. I especially want to recognize Brad Porter for going above and beyond. He took the time to listen to my needs, understand my space, and even sketched a layout based on a photo I showed him to help me visualize how a living room set and breakfast table would fit in my home. That level of care and attention made a huge difference. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Instead, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely supported throughout the process. Brad focused on finding the best solution for my needs rather than simply making a sale. One of the things I appreciated most about shopping at Rooms To Go was being able to see and experience the furniture in person before making a decision. It gave me confidence in my purchase. I also love that the furniture is delivered and assembled, making the entire process much easier and stress-free. I highly recommend this location, and especially Brad. His professionalism, patience, and dedication to customer service made this one of the best furniture shopping experiences I’ve had.”

“My first visit to Ashley in over 14 years! The service was exemplary! Mr. Parker and his Manager, Ms. Reyes were very courteous, gives me space to shop around, essentially no pressure to sell. Both were approachable and amicable to my queries. Very knowledgeable of their product and what Ashley is able to offer on those pieces I am interested in. Which are reasonable, by the way. I could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend the Alliance store for any furnishing needs. Great job you two!!”
