“Karen did the blood draw with my 13 yr old son, Beau. At first she did not see his name with Dr orders. We figured out his DOB was incorrect and she fixed it. Karen was patient, extremely calm, and very gentle. Beau said “the needle did not even hurt”! She was funny, friendly and did an amazing job!”

“I came here and was a bit confused on the parking but a police was circling around and he showed me where to park which is behind the building and its not a charge. I came in about 745am and no one was there, the kiosk was unavailable until 8am and workers finally started to pour in about 755am. I signed in as a walk in because I saw the reviews that Appointments are typically not honored. The online kiosk said next appointment is not until 2pm and keep in mind it was 8am. The other option was to join the wait list. So I joined the wait list and was called back immediately. I came for blood work and once I was called back everything took about 3 minutes!
I would recommend joining the waitlist and get there early! I had a quick simple experience, I was in and out in less that 5 minutes! Thanks guys”
“We had such a great experience here! There was no appointments on a Saturday and we literally walked in and out in 10 minutes.
We had just come from one in South Arlington on Arbrook that we would have waited 2 hours and there were 60 appointments ahead of us. And the staff were rather rude.

All personnel have been extremely helpful in explaining to me any odd insurance request. ?Do not .... I say... ??... Do not go to the Labcore in Burleson!??”
