Rush Truck Centers – Fort Worth sells new and used Peterbilt trucks, crane trucks, refuse trucks, Blue Bird buses, and Micro Bird buses. It provides parts and service solutions for all makes and models, including mobile service, alternative fuel service, same-day Xpress Service repair estimates, and preventive maintenance. Customizable Maintenance Plans are offered to help manage vehicle upkeep. The company is noted for great customer service and a willingness to help. One customer reported excellent service in the parts department, where an employee took time near closing to find and order a needed part promptly. In another instance, the company proactively addressed a problem when debris from a fleet truck damaged a customer's windshield. The location handled the situation kindly, arranging and covering the full cost of a replacement windshield, demonstrating honesty and responsibility. Some feedback notes that the service work goes well, but suggests the drivers lounge needs more attention to cleaning and sanitizing.
Ivan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was professional and explained the issue and fixed it. He also explained to me what to look for in the future if this issue happens again. He is definitely an asset to this company
