Russell Feed & Supply is a leader in the feed industry with a large selection of products. They offer pet and livestock feeds and supplies, organics, lawn and garden supplies, fertilizers, tack and hay, and unique gifts. The store is very clean, fully stocked, and much larger than anticipated. They provide a propane refill station and a pet room with live animals.
The staff is consistently described as friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. They offer superior customer service, often assisting before being asked and insisting on helping with loading. The selection is pretty good and they are willing to call another location for items or get a product if they do not have it. Customers appreciate the high quality food at reasonable prices and note that the excellent customer service is what will bring them back. Many customers definitely recommend this location to others.
Every time I come on here im reminded why I shop here instead of petsmart. All the employees are so nice and helpful as soon as you walk in. Bonus extra bonus of the live animal room for live rats and reptiles!
