Scheduling was easy and the service was friendly and speedy (maybe 2 hours). I used insurance so not sure how the price compares retail-wise, but I was happy with my service and would use Safelite again.

Technician was professional. Removal of the windshield did not go well. Defrost air vent (2/3 of length of dash) broken into several pieces. Safelite offered zero apologies or compensation for damage. Work done July 17.
