Members find it a nice place with a good selection that is generally well-kept. The club provides unique items and is noted as a great place for pizza and shakes. Many members report normally having a great experience. However, experiences with staff can be inconsistent. Some employees, like certain pharmacists and door greeters, are helpful and professional. Other interactions are less positive, with reports of rude, impatient, or unprofessional behavior from some checkout and door staff, including incidents that made customers feel racially profiled or disrespected. The deals are not considered great overall. The customer environment also receives mixed notes; while many visits are okay, some customers report being approached by sketchy individuals in the aisles. Overall Sam is very good but the checkout is pain. It used to be good but it updated to bad.

Sam’s is always the best. They always have the cutest stuff and every time I come in here they always have something new absolute love being able to buy certain things bulky for our house.
