Bad experience at the Refinancing Start on February with 5.8 75 of interest rates some one don’t lock the interest and went my cd come make me pay for interest point gabe talk with the manager and the president of the bank and don’t take any responsibility

By far the most rude customer service in all departments. You call for help and it seems like you’re doing them a disservice. What a joke. If you’re lost they treat you like you’re an idiot. Truly who is hiring these people !

Excellent service and communication I would consider this my home bank. (Not the best front desk service) but the process on everything else is just simple as long you have everything they need, to follow your paperwork.
I been recommending this place to my friends and family members to do their home refinance.
