U-Haul Moving & Storage at Hulen offers truck rentals, trailers, and self-storage with excellent customer service. The staff is extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and accommodating. The manager and representatives provide great service and communication, ensuring customers feel safe and comfortable. The facility and equipment are very clean. While the neighborhood is questionable, the facility itself feels secure, enhanced by an on-site employee. The in-person assistance is highly effective, making it a highly recommended location for rentals.
Tracy and the rest of the workers here are friendly, professional and informative. I had my storage unit for a year with no issues.
