“Ridglea Watch and Jewelry are AMAZING, with absolutely AWESOME people! I went to have links taken out of my Christian bracelet, and not only did the man help me , he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure the stones in my Cross STAYED secure and in place ! He didn’t ask me for a dime ! We spoke about God , Scripture , and Church ! A Holy Man! Made my heart happy to see a fellow believer and speaker of Christ! I highly recommend this place ! “I got Jeremy on the phone when I called, and he was very helpful. I wanted to fix my old watch because it needed a new battery, and the band needed another link since it was too small and kept coming apart.
It turns out that when I sent it in, they gave me a new band but reused my old link, so it didn't fit correctly. Jeremy gave me a number to call, and they should send me a new link for it.
I also ended up getting two new watches—one for me and one for my wife. There were three workers there, and they were all amazing. Jeremy is what makes the store as great as it is.”
“I have been taking my gold and silver to this location for many years. I have always been treated with respect. I've been greeted and welcomed everytime I walk through the door. I have been there through all sorts of circumstances and not once treated different or poorly. So to that rude person making things up about this place, get a life. If you felt mistreated it must have been something on your end and I highly doubt you went somewhere else to buy out gold and silver inventory when you most likely were trying to sell whatever you had. This business is well established and have a line of customers who know better so boo to your negative review, we all know better. Tell truth when writing about a place please.”
“I love this place. He sold a Buffalo briefcase, and wallet(both made by Coach)for my wife. We still use them. I try to stop in when passing through the area.
