“I happened to stop by a extremely busy night. To pick up some quick food for my trip back to the Northeast ( loaf of bread peanut butter, jelly an Marshmallow Fluff,,, (being on the other side of the Mississippi River ) I couldn't find that Blue and White container anywhere, so I stopped a person that very moving cart of stock , through the crowd an being prepared for, justified attitude, asked where I could find the , M. Fluff , an they said with a smile , an absolutely no attitude, where it was. I went to the spot and there was an item called Marshmallow Kreme, Realizing I hadn't said Thank You to that person,,, I found them and said Thank You for the help an I had found the, M.K. an I mentioned I was from the Northeast an they said that could tell as they were from basically the same area. Made me feel a bit more comfortable in place that I was really far from home. Little Things make a big difference ??????”

“This place is too cute! Great location and had everything a time-crunched tourist like you might want. From local honey, salsa, seasonings, pie filling, jams, coffee, drink mix, clothes, fresh juice and more. I filled up on local foods stuffs cause that's what I came in for, but they have all kinds of things. They also have soaps, lotions, candles, and these really neat African made baskets and hand fans (super cool!).”

I wish I had taken a picture of the salmon dish she created with a local Jam. Omg! It was delicious. “The best Walmart in the US, I've been to a lot of Walmarts, especially the Walmart in my area in Mountain View, California, which is horrible. This on the other hand is perfect. Everything is clean. There's no items left in the isles where you can trip on this very young cashier who works Tuesdays the late shift till 9 PM very nice. We bought an item that did not have a tag on it anymore because someone ripped it off or it got ripped off during shipping , he walked to where the item was in the store and checked the price and then he came back, giving us the right price, including a small discount .Shout out to him.”

“Had to make a return today. Even though I didn't have the receipt there wasn't a problem. The CSM was nice and respectful. I didn't have to wait in a long line either. I really like this Walmart because it's clean and there aren't toys or clothes on the floor like you find at other Walmarts. The food selection is better here than at nearby Walmarts. That might be because if Fredericksburg and the tourist industry. Either way, there are steaks and sausages that I can't get elsewhere. The premium cheese selection is also something to check out.”

“We stopped in for some groceries..... and OMG.... this Walmart in Fredericksburg, Tx has GOT TO BE THE CLEANEST we've ever seen!!! Floor was clean, I believe I heard nice music (I found myself humming to something) & shelves were nicely stocked. Even the clothing section.... none of the racks were messed up or overstuffed with items. Staff was friendly..... beside the "Greeter", several staff members said Hello. Two of them asked if we needed any help finding things! We spoke to a cashier and told her to pass on what our positive thoughts were. We thought it was a fairly new store.... she said "No, it's been here for 16 years, and that they have a good, strict Manager". Amen. Kudos to the Manager!!”
