“My girlfriend Amanda and I stayed at the Peachtree Inn & Suites while visiting Fredericksburg for a wine tour with my friend’s company, Cellar Rats, and it was an excellent choice.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very affordable—exactly what you want for a weekend getaway. The location couldn’t be better; it’s just a quick walk to the main street, so we never had to worry about parking or driving around town.
One unexpected highlight was the cats on the property. Amanda absolutely adored them—especially one exceptionally chubby cat that she couldn’t stop taking pictures of. It gave the place a fun, homey feel you don’t find at most hotels.
We’d definitely stay here again. Between the great price, ideal location, and friendly atmosphere, it’s the perfect spot for a Fredericksburg trip.”

“My husband and I went on a last minute road trip adventure and this was the only hotel with availability.
First driving up you're already amazed. First walking in you encounter the front desk agent who you can tell loves her job and then immediately starts guiding you around the area with multiple maps.
This place is amazing on the inside as well. The theme is so neat and it is everywhere, even in your rooms. The rooms are so spacious and clean.
Happy hour is a great vibe with great snacks.
You are so close to the downtown area, but if you are not party animals like us, you will love that it is still far enough away.
Can't wait until we have a little plane so we can utilize the runway where you can watch planes take off and land from a second floor patio.”

“The Kusenberger Log Cabin at Settlers Crossing if a very unique home and worthy of a visit. It is an original homestead dog-run style building, remodeled with a bathroom closing up the center of the early build. Many of the primitive elements have been maintained and are very interesting. We did enjoy our stay but wished that there had been mention of the low doorway and beams clearance we would encounter. The write-up also mentioned a fireplace and loft, neither of which should be considered anything more than decorative.
The property is corporate managed, with what appears to be required linens. Although the towels were nice and fluffy, the white-on-white bed linens and duvet seemed esthetically out of place. The sheets were a synthetic blend and slept hot. The shower curtain and liner should be shortened to improve their appearance and liner cleanliness. Overall, the cabin was clean, but a final make-ready person for the day of check-in did not appear to have been utilized as there was much bug debris in the tub and sink.
The 35-acre property was very peaceful with sheep and deer roaming freely. There was also a donkey. Maintaining these many acres and eight homes must be very difficult; I'm hoping that a grounds keeping/maintenance crew has been scheduled to address some items that will keep this treasure enjoyable for decades to come.”

“The hotel is well located, walking-distance to the Main Street and comercial zone of town. It is clean, with a beautiful outdoor spot, good breakfast with many choices, and great people. The room was big, but as it has a rug, I believe, it smells old.”
“We went to the lobby lounge of the Inn. Great ambiance, cocktails and service. We will be coming back often and look forward to their basement speakeasy lounge in the near future.”
“Trois Estate was everything we wanted in a venue and more. From the beautiful rustic charm to the onsite lodging for 50 guests -- it was the perfect hill country getaway for our wedding. We enjoyed using the different event spaces inside Trois Estate throughout the weekend because they are all beautiful and unique: courtyard to sky deck to rooftop to saloon to hall. They also handled food and bar services which worked great and the food was delicious. Rebecca and Vanessa were kind and accommodating throughout the planning process.”
“This cottage is literally in a backyard, so we were apprehensive. However, this place is PRECIOUS! Amber has created a space that is very private, cozy, and quiet! We loved it and cannot wait to return!! Highly recommend!!”

“Great value. A bit of away from the main drag but that’s good! It was quiet. Beds so comfortable I had a good night’s sleep. Minor issue with the toilet leaking but staff responded quickly. I will stay here when I come back to Fredericksburg.
Rooms: It’s very basic but good!”
“Located right off the main street in Fredericksburg, with a secluded feel. Nice rooms and porch areas. While we are use to country critters and living, the mosquitoes were overwhelming. Don't forget to pack your repellent! Pool and hot tub are close. However, the hot tub wasn't working correctly during my visit.”

“Hosted an event and the conference room was uncomfortably hot. Air seemed to be inoperable. We couldn’t really focus on the lesson. Staff were very nice and I loved the area.”
“Very friendly, good location, accessible to walk in for downtown good value for the cost
Nearby activities: Right along one side of the downtown you can walk to food and shops and what not on the main street
Safety: No concerns
Walkability: Yes. Very walkable.”
“Room was nice and clean, easy to access. Like that this BW is kind of off the beaten path in Fredericksburg. Cute cabana by the pool with a grill etc. Breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve ever had. Bread appeared to be homemade or from a local bakery. Biscuits were fresh, and the yogurt machine was a nice touch. Would recommend this hotel to others.”
“Had to go down the street to sign in, but well worth the 3 block drive for such a nice little motel. The room was fantastic and comfortable.
The wife and I enjoyed our stay!”

The rooms are dated and nothing super special or fancy but they are just right. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are clean. There are no bugs. The bath towels are very nice.
We've stayed here twice and been pleasantly surprised both times.”

“I'll start off the review by saying we will definitely be back. The office attendants were super nice. I asked if they had extra blankets, and was brought one anyway when I stated I'd wait to see if I needed one. Parking was great for our motorcycle (paved). There is a convenient store right across the street to grab last min late night snacks.
The hubby and I are easy going and don't need much, but we are set in our ways of comfort. The feedback we have is just nit picking, but could be a game changer for others. The ac worked very well! We got the temp down to 62° to sleep better. However room 114 needed new weather stripping on the door. The king bed was super comfortable and the blankets kept me warm enough to sleep solidly through the night. However the room we were in had the bed almost to the wall. There wasn't room for me to stand up in the middle of the night. We both use cpap machines and have multiple other electronics to charge. We always travel with extension cords with multiple outlets, so we were able to make it work. I was able to place an extra chair in between the wall and bed to hold all I need on my nightstand. A corner shelf would be a great addition to accommodate this. There were plenty of soft towels, but not many places to hang them up to dry. An extra towel rack and shelving for our toiletries would have been a nice addition to the bathroom. I don't believe a full renovation was completed due to the mildew in the caulk in the tub and how the sink and toilet were dated. We liked how low the toilet was, but not the shape. The tub did have a crack in it, which I'm sure that is where the mold is coming from. It is on the bottom close to the drain, so there is no avoiding water from leaking through to underneaththe tub. They provided wonderful bathing toiletries. The rustic esthetics made the room feel current. No one likes being in a dated room. The single set of curtains worked well enough to block out light, but not all of it. An additional layer of blackout curtains might be a game changer for some. The door needs new weather stripping on the bottom. We could see daylight coming in which means bugs can get in. The mini fridge worked well. There was a table for two people to sit at and eat takeout and a desk with one chair. The ice machine was across the parking lot. No coffee pot in the room, but we don't use them anyway. The office did provide coffee and packaged breakfast items. I hope this is informative enough for future guests.”
“Tara at the front desk was very helpful and she took really good care of my stay And it was very comfortable and very close to shopping area.
If I'm ever traveling through Fredericksburg again I will definitely choose this place.”
“My husband and I had a wonderful time at Cotton Gin Village. The cabin is very cosy. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Sitting in the porch rocker in the evening. Breakfast is fabulous each morning. It was everything we needed for a few days away. The staff are also excellent, helpful and so friendly.”
