“JT was very friendly when I called and had the car ready for me to test drive upon arrival. I ended up getting the white 2015 Infiniti Q40 which is a car I’ve always wanted, Vince and JT made sure I did. Couldn’t get the vehicle inspected on that same first day but Vince kept his handshake deal that he wouldn’t sell it from under me and keep the negotiated price of $10,500 out the door. (Which was a steal of a deal) They let a third party mechanic inspect it, no questions asked( let him test drive it too). Inspection went well enough, and a few days later(despite lots of interest) Vince held to his word and his price and I got it for $10,500 out the door. Vince was even patient and so friendly with my ADHD-ridden behind, I forgot to renew my driver’s License so when I went to close( he came to the office outside of normal hours as well) we couldn’t finish the deal. No hard feelings, still professional. I was mad at myself and wouldn’t have blamed him if he was mad at me but he was so polite still. We finished the deal as agreed and shaken upon 5 days earlier despite him getting continued interest in the car. Process was smooth, nothing sketchy and they called me to come back for my registration a few Weeks later. JT and Vince are true professionals and this place is a hidden gem. They are honest and upfront. I would recommend anyone to come here for all services they provide. I sat there long enough to see them conduct the other parts of their buisness and they were just as on top, friendly and professional as the selling cars part. I would come here again no questions asked if they ever had another car I was interested in. I would rate them higher if I could. Can’t tell you enough how friendly JT is, he just sat there and talked with my wife and she can be a lot. Vince is a true honest buisness man. Check these guys out you won’t regret it. I love my new used car!”

“Jacob was awesome and attentive. Their atmosphere rivals any dealership considering their sales team is not working for commission on the sale of the vehicle which means the conversations are thoughtful and considerate. Jacob was thoughtful and helpful through the entire process and never made me feel pressured. This was a wonderful experience, and I even went with their insurance package through Fidelity, considering how much it covers. They break it down for you in simple terms to understand. Overall I will be back to buy another car from Jacob and more specifically from Echopark.”

“I never leave reviews but I seriously could not express how AMAZING the service was at R&T Motors. I had to have my car towed due caliper issues and the team at R&T Motors fixed the entire issue in less than 48 hours. 48 HOURS!!! The cost was SO CHEAP that I felt like I was robbing them! I was expecting a bill of over $1,500 and only paid $275. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for them and I will 100% be coming here for any future car needs I have. I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND!”

“This location is a hidden gem if you are in the market for quality, pre-owned vehicles. We recently purchased a 2023 Dodge Challenger 1320 model, clean condition, under 10k miles and runs very smoothly, not to mention GREAT acceleration! Dipak was our salesman who is not pushy, very polite and helpful. If you are in the market for a quality used vehicle, give this business a look and they have an up to date website too.”

“First car dealership that made the car buying process easy and quick. Bought a great cash car for my daughter from him. He was honest up front and said there was an issue with getting the alignment correct so he had to replace a part. Took the car to my mechanic after purchasing just for a once over and he verified the parts had been replaced. Aaron is a man of his word if you’re looking for a reputable dealership.”

“Came here on recommendations from Facebook groups. They held up. They were polite, timely and very responsive. They detailed everything out and explained what was and wasn't needed. That's right- wasn't. Most places just tell you to do everything cause they want the money. They are honest and a great value. Will be coming back.”

“I had an excellent experience with Lee Auto Sales. Mr. Lee runs a very honest and professional operation. I purchased a car for my daughter, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. He was straightforward about the vehicle, answered every question clearly, and made sure we were comfortable before moving forward. No pressure. No surprises. That matters when you are buying a car for your family. The vehicle was exactly as described, clean, and ready to go. You can tell he takes pride in what he sells and values his reputation. If you are looking for a reliable car and want to deal with someone who does business the right way, I strongly recommend Mr. Lee. I would not hesitate to buy from him again.”

“I cant speak on anyone else experience or dealings when it comes to them, but I will say this.... My experience with them has been pretty good. I dealt with Rochelle and she went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. Now I did have a few hiccups along the way but it was nothing that couldn't be handled accordingly. I would say give them a try before going off others opinions everyone experience is different.”
