The place was clean, had nice seating, and had a clean bathroom. The workers have a great team dynamic. They’re fast and efficient. I can see that in the way multiple team members checked in with me to help with my concerns. The team was very efficient in communicating and presenting information. They were very helpful!
Tommy G helped me out, and he really went above and beyond with his service. His service made me feel reassured and comfortable!
Pricing: As a car service chain, prices are standardized, so I would not take up that issue with the shop!

“Really good, honest and efficient service. Within 3 months my grand Cherokee and my wife’s Volvo both had multiple issues that we had to tow in the middle the night on a weekend to here. I called and told them what had happened and first thing the next business day they called me with a diagnosis and fixed within a few days. It was a constant communication between us and it felt great that I was always in the loop. I’ve gone to those name brand service centers like pep boys and got scammed with things they claimed they did but never did it. Never again! Stay with your local independent shops like Missouri Car Care!”

“I brought in a car I had recently purchased when the low tire warning light came on. John assisted me immediately upon my entrance. Even though I was a little early for my appointment, he took me in right away. He checked all the tires and found that two needed replacing because the tread was low and two more were close to the same fate.
I told John who I had purchased the car from a few days before. He found their contact information and got in touch with my sales person to report his findings. The dealer agreed to pay for the two tires in need of replacing, and I bought the other two.
I was so impressed with John’s knowledge and level of customer service. He worked to get me fairly taken care of with the dealership. I don’t know many people who would go out of their way to assist in that manner these days.
The rest of the staff were very efficient and communicative. When it was all said and done I had 4 new tires for the price of 2, and was in and out of there in under 35 minutes. I’ve always been a fan of Discount Tire, but this experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you John!”

“This was a pretty good location. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done. Could have been a little faster in my opinion but was better than most and definitely far better than the Missouri City location that was absolute trash! Gave them 4 stars, would have gotten 5 had they been just a little more efficient but a good bunch of guys nonetheless.”

“Honest and genuine mechanics. I’ve gone there twice already. First time for alignment, second for tires and alignment. My second experience, my car over heated on the way home. I had already had issues with that but I thought it was fixed already and returned back to the shop upset thinking they caused it, silly me. But they helped me out tremendously, showed me where the problem was, the whole hose popped off. They even did a temp fix just enough for me to get home, so my own mechanic can fix it. I was so stressed out, I’m a single parent and I didn’t even know where to start or how to get home had they not helped me out. Very thankful, and you could tell they just wanted to help and how much they care about their clients ??”
