“Dropped my 2023 Corvette off at Rollo‘s to get my rim powder coated after I script the side of it on the curb. Dropped it off at 11 o’clock in the morning. He was ready by 4:30 that evening. Excellent price excellent service the rim looked like it looked when I bought it. I really would highly recommend this tire shop for any type of repairs on my rims.”

“I brought in a car I had recently purchased when the low tire warning light came on. John assisted me immediately upon my entrance. Even though I was a little early for my appointment, he took me in right away. He checked all the tires and found that two needed replacing because the tread was low and two more were close to the same fate.
I told John who I had purchased the car from a few days before. He found their contact information and got in touch with my sales person to report his findings. The dealer agreed to pay for the two tires in need of replacing, and I bought the other two.
I was so impressed with John’s knowledge and level of customer service. He worked to get me fairly taken care of with the dealership. I don’t know many people who would go out of their way to assist in that manner these days.
The rest of the staff were very efficient and communicative. When it was all said and done I had 4 new tires for the price of 2, and was in and out of there in under 35 minutes. I’ve always been a fan of Discount Tire, but this experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you John!”

The place was clean, had nice seating, and had a clean bathroom. The workers have a great team dynamic. They’re fast and efficient. I can see that in the way multiple team members checked in with me to help with my concerns. The team was very efficient in communicating and presenting information. They were very helpful!

Pricing: As a car service chain, prices are standardized, so I would not take up that issue with the shop!

“I was very impressed that Demas personally called me on 8/26/26 to ask about my experience regarding my appt. on 8/25. I explained that when I arrived there was a line of people to the door to check in. I waited about 20 minutes in line but the line never moved and there was nobody at the desks and also no chairs available to sit. After talking with Demas he had me call him when I left work to see how busy they would be. He was able to take care of my car as soon as I arrived, of course I don't mind waiting 30 minutes or so for the service. Demas was a very polite, professional and nice young man. Yesterday seemed like everything was organized and everyone received efficient service. I thank him so much for his help. He deserves this praise, he seems to be able to control hectic situations and he makes the customer feel comfortable and confident that the service will be done efficiently. “Honest and genuine mechanics. I’ve gone there twice already. First time for alignment, second for tires and alignment. My second experience, my car over heated on the way home. I had already had issues with that but I thought it was fixed already and returned back to the shop upset thinking they caused it, silly me. But they helped me out tremendously, showed me where the problem was, the whole hose popped off. They even did a temp fix just enough for me to get home, so my own mechanic can fix it. I was so stressed out, I’m a single parent and I didn’t even know where to start or how to get home had they not helped me out. Very thankful, and you could tell they just wanted to help and how much they care about their clients ??”
