Hours: Based on the provided reviews, AKIRA is a store with beautiful, high-quality fashion made from thick material that holds up after washing. The Baybrook location offers a great selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories at great prices. Customers consistently praise the employees for being professional, helpful, and eager to assist. One shopper noted that the service was top tier when requesting an item to be shipped. The staff, including managers and associates, go above and beyond to help with orders and picking outfits. They also hype customers up and make them feel good about their choices. A unique experience described was a feeling of comfort and delight, as no one followed the shopper around the store or watched them like a criminal; this made the shopping experience feel very comfortable. The only negative feedback concerns the dressing room curtains, with a request for doors to prevent accidental exposure. Overall, AKIRA is described as a showstopper with unique, quality pieces that customers love.
