“I usually come to Baybrook mall, once a month to get a haircut or to treat myself after a long day of work or on the weekend and I decide to check out Hot topic. I didn’t have anything that I was looking for in the moment or mind, I wanted to window shop, until. I noticed that everything was empty in the store but I didn’t mind it too much and I found the Netflix movie, Frankenstein that came out last year. I didn’t know they were coming out with merch at all and I decided to pick that up today and the Sales Associate, Jackie came up to me explaining about the free shirts with one purchase and the discounts, she was really nice and sweet. She also wanted to look at my Popmart purchase and see what I got, which I didn’t really mind at all. And when I was about to purchase the shirt with Jacqueline I asked her a question if they were going out of business and she said no and explained to me kindly that they were putting things away from the holiday’s which is understandable since there wasn’t much stuff to look at and I got scared for moment because I’ve been shopping their since middle school in my emo phase 🖤🦇 and now. 😊 other than that I love Jackie’s costumer service and her personality. She deserves a raise and she made my day. 😌”

“This review will be long. Sorry. Lol. Okay so I really love this store purely for the fashion. They have beautiful stuff. Mostly really thick high quality material. Im not afraid it'll be ruined with one wash and this is a very high compliment. Moving along, this is the south and I have lived here all my life. There is terrible racism here, and at some point you kinda just get used to it and have to live your life, because you can't let them stop you. It becomes white noise in the background. When I walked in the vibe was nice and chill. Then at some point I was shopping and I noticed for the first time in a long time no one was following me around the store. No one was watching me like a criminal. It felt good but strange. I got to actually shop and it was a very delightful experience. I even went to the dressing room without an employee grabbing at my items or other shopping bags. I was very comfortable and almost didnt want to leave, but, lol, I hit my budget limit and had to. Im not sure if I just got lucky or if this is a every day thing, but I really hope it's an all the time thing; because that would really make me want to go back and spend more money there. Last point: the manager did see my items when I was walking to check out and did conversate with me about getting more items. But she was very lovely and well meaning that it did not bother me as much as it would have normally. All in all 5 ?.”

“I had the most amazing expirence shopping here this evening. I had the sweetest young woman helping me named miss gabby, she went above and beyond. Im absolutly terrible to shop for I'm so indecisive but she took her time helping me and showed me nothing but kindness and patience getting me ever diffrent style and size I could need. There was also another young woman helping us this evening i wasnt able to chatch her name but she was just as kind and patient as gabby was, she even striped one of their mannequin so my bestfriend could try on the outfit it was wearing. “This store is bigger than we thought. The store is clean and had a large selection but kind of disorganized. Unique clothing that you wouldn't find at your "typical" chain store. Professional, casual, sexy....
There seemed to be a lot of employees but no one offered to help us and they all appeared really busy talking to each other rather than engaging with customers. Not a big deal because we really didn't need assistance - just an observation.
The cashier was very nice and helped me sign up for the loyalty program.
Prices were not terrible and seemed affordable. Overall, not a bad experience and would recommend.”

“I love Hollister clothing because it is affordable and good quality. I have been buying their jeans for years now. My weight have fluctuated over the years and no matter what I could always find my size there. Other places it has been very difficult to find a size that fits my thighs and my waist. I’ve never had a problem when I go to the store. The variety of the clothes change often so you’ll never see repeat clothes. This is perfect if you want something new. I recommend going here! The s staff are so nice and always willing to help no matter what. I will continue to shop here for many more years.”

“It’s Christmas Eve, and the store was closing at 2 pm. I arrived about 5 mins after 2, and the door was locked. One of the owners unlocked the door for a customer to leave, and I asked if they were closed not knowing what time the store was supposed to close. She said yes but let me in anyway since there were other customers still shopping. Shew! I knew what I wanted and tried as quickly as possible to get the items and go…Thank you!!”
