The employee (Jess) who answered my questions yesterday was absolutely fantastic and didn’t seem bothered by my 3 year old who was speaking very loudly. I went back today to the Baybrook location to resolve an issue with discoloration of an item purchased less than 6 months ago and again the same employee was exceptionally kind, understanding and helpful after the 2 individuals I dealt with at the Texas City outlet were completely the opposite. Every time I have been in the Baybrook store has always been a positive experience even when I may walk out without purchasing a new item.”

“OH MY GOODNESS!! When you go you have to FIND BOW and VAL!!! His name is BOW and he makes you feel like you’re in Disneyland with your favorite celebrity!! It’s so exciting and you love everything there and he knows everything about every item and will fan-girl with you about the shows and the series and the movies!! He’ll also never fret about grabbing something for you or looking something up on the website! I felt like every discount was offered, every avenue was explored - to get the very best possible Christmas deal for my husband, BECAUSE THEY CARED!!!!!! They explored his hobbies and passions, looked into different merch and we found the perfect items!! OKAY BUT ALSO AWESOME- VAL!!!!! Val is like Bows bestie but they’re quieter. If Bow makes you feel like you’re excited and in Disneyland, Val makes you feel safe and right at home. They help just as much and are just as excited about your passions and hobbies and fan-girling, but they’re very gentle about it. At one point they even mentioned what they got their partner for a holiday and it was something off a different website that my husband would definitely be interested in!! They cared enough to look elsewhere to make sure Christmas was covered!! Best possible employees, best possible store, best possible combination!! It's currently offering a 25% discount on some items. It wasn't too crowded at the time of my visit, and none of the associates wore masks. “I want to say I was starting to get disappointed because I had called to ask for a dress in Women's formals. Nobody would answer me I started with customer service and was transferred it was 3:30pm. Women's perfumes answered and transferred me to a line that didn't work. I was on the line fothe phone was ringing ringing and ringing. Finally at 7:35pm I was sent to Jewelry, the young man Yahir answered he didn't know the extention number to where I needed to be transferred. But he said ma'am I will look up your item and if it's available I will take the phone directly to the department because I don't know the extention number. He helped me and went to the department got the dresses I needed and he put them on hold for me. I'm going to pick up all the way from waller tx after being on the phone for 5 hrs I'm happy there are still noble people in the department stores. Now I'm ready for a wedding on Sat he has really saved me thank you Yahir for the help and keep doing an amazing job!! People like you deserve nothing but the best for going above and beyond and not only staying in your department to help customers!!”

“Nora is amazing!!! I walked in the store, she greeted me and could tell I needed help.. I explained to her how I just left 2 other stores in the mall because I felt the fitting was off. I gave her the sizes they recommended and she immediately knew what I needed just by that and looking at me (they were two totally different opinions/sizes). She did a fitting of her own and this confirmed it. She further asked what was I looking for in the bra and gave me just that. I tried on the bras and they were literally the PERFECT fit, the FIRST time around. I thanked her tremendously bc she understood my frustration and how overwhelming the whole bra shopping process is. I explained to her how I had such a horrible experience at another Soma location so this is my 1st successful purchase. She wasn’t pushy, gave me the space I needed, educated me, and answered every question I had. I didn’t know if I was going to purchase anything initially but I walked out with 2 bras and felt amazing about it because I was confident they fit, thanks to Norma.I will definitely make the drive to this location again just for her expertise. She definitely deserves a raise and a promotion!! (I hope I am referencing the correct employee, I didn’t catch her name but it’s on the receipt and there were 2 ppl working. She was hispanic)”

Went in to look for a gift and Noni knew exactly where to direct me. I was approached by another team member and they weren’t pushy at all, rather inviting and brought great energy to my shopping experience. I had questions and asked another team member for help and received the same helpful kindness that everyone else gave me. I love this store for many reasons but the consistency of the Zumiez shopping experience is amazing. I went in for one gift and ended up buying three.
