“I usually come to Baybrook mall, once a month to get a haircut or to treat myself after a long day of work or on the weekend and I decide to check out Hot topic. I didn’t have anything that I was looking for in the moment or mind, I wanted to window shop, until. I noticed that everything was empty in the store but I didn’t mind it too much and I found the Netflix movie, Frankenstein that came out last year. I didn’t know they were coming out with merch at all and I decided to pick that up today and the Sales Associate, Jackie came up to me explaining about the free shirts with one purchase and the discounts, she was really nice and sweet. She also wanted to look at my Popmart purchase and see what I got, which I didn’t really mind at all. And when I was about to purchase the shirt with Jacqueline I asked her a question if they were going out of business and she said no and explained to me kindly that they were putting things away from the holiday’s which is understandable since there wasn’t much stuff to look at and I got scared for moment because I’ve been shopping their since middle school in my emo phase 🖤🦇 and now. 😊 other than that I love Jackie’s costumer service and her personality. She deserves a raise and she made my day. 😌”
“The cashier, Grace, made me pinky promise to buy the supergirl windbreaker jacket. She left the store and like 10 minutes later came back with two jackets in case the size I asked for didn't fit. Girl went on a mini odyssey for the jacket. 10/10 service. Valentine was there for moral support”

“Ellie at this location was amazing. I swear I'm so traumatized from the high school bra fittings (at the pink store) that I haven't actually gone into a bra store in EIGHT YEARS. Ellie totally made this experience painless, and dare I say it-kinda fun. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel totally comfortable in my bra and jeans (so she could help me with sizing and fit). She was nothing but supportive in my concerns and helped me find the right size (totally off from what I had thought I wore!) without any judgement. And she didn't laugh at my ignorance at all. She was wonderful. I will keep going back to Soma from here on out as long as Ellie is always there ❤.

“My girl Erica is A1 and an OG. When people say where are the stylist who offer that old school hair care she's who they are talking about. I'm so glad I found her and I'm so glad jcpenny isn't charging all these extra luxury prices. I'm actually able to go almost weekly and my hair is already growing faster than before! Erica talks plans for my hair and what I should do next and when and explains WHY! That last part yall is so important. I left team natural and went in for a relaxer. Eight weeks have passed and my new growth is substantial. I'm going back tomorrow for my touch up relaxer. My mom is going to. “I love Versona. Mainly bc they have small sizes, specifically 00. Express stopped carrying that size. I had passed by Versona a 100 times at Baybrook Mall and never thought to go in. One day, I was looking for jeans and work slacks. I am so glad I finally tried them out.I really like how they have the store arranged by outfits, same style and color so you can mix and match. Very nice styles, feminine, classy with fun items as well. I have also purchased gifts items there that have a positive theme.Regarding customer service, I have always received excellent help, so the previous negative reviews, they evidently have resolved it.”

“It’s Christmas Eve, and the store was closing at 2 pm. I arrived about 5 mins after 2, and the door was locked. One of the owners unlocked the door for a customer to leave, and I asked if they were closed not knowing what time the store was supposed to close.
