“I’ve lived at the Reserve for over 3 years now. It’s a smaller, quiet complex in a good part of town. Close to Baybrook and 45. Have had no issues since moving in here! Definitely recommend if you can snag an opening!”

“I’ve been living here for 4 years and the experience has been awesome!!!! They really take good care of the property. The amenities is always nice and clean ; clubhouse and pool, when something breaks it’s immediately fix you don’t have to wait for days. The staff and maintenance guys are always helpful and friendly. Very quiet and safe! Safety was one of my main concerns and I never had an incident the entire time that I’ve been living here . It’s conveniently located to grocery stores, banks and hospitals. There are several nearby parks in the area as well as schools. I would definitely recommend this as a place to live , whether you’re single or have a family!!!”
“Attiva is an absolutely lovely complex of bungalow apartments which really feel like homes. Great amenities, a beautiful resort style pool and jacuzzi. Lots of activities and amazing neighbors. The staff is professional and very friendly. I especially want to mention Shae because of her outstanding helpful nature and kindness. Amanda is also a star! I would be remiss if i failed to mention the facility staff. Both George and Jose are great guys. They are responsive, and friendly. They work hard and resolve every maintenance issue very, very quickly. Living at Attiva has been a pleasure. I highly recommend Attiva to anyone looking for an active lifestyle in an over 55 community! Did I mention how GREAT SHAE IS!”

“Absolutely love living here! The three bedroom is so spacious and perfect amount of space for my family. Can’t find a three bedroom as big as this is the whole area! Grounds are clean and very well kept. Pools super clean and always ready to go. Just love it here all around won’t be moving any time soon”

“I have enjoyed living here the part 5 years. Management is responsive and polite. Maintenance is prompt. I do have some issues that did not get completely resolved but it doesn't affect my overall experience. I also have new neighbors with 3 small children that are very loud above me. I wish they would have located them over tenants who also have children instead of over me.”

“My experience at FSS was awesome from start to finish. Moving in was fast and easy as well as my move-out day. I needed to exercise their 30day early release with no penalty clause because I got a new job opportunity in Dallas that I could not pass up! The entire office staff was Amazing and as promised I received my refund via check in a timely manner. I will definitely return if I ever find my way back to League City which I love by the way. “My daughter and I have been here 7 months and are very happy here. The office staff, Mrs Karin and Mrs Tana, are incredible. They are both down to earth, professional, nice and they mind their business but handle their business at the same time. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. I've had a couple of maintenance requests during my stay here and the maintenance men have been prompt, respectful and efficient. The office had an adorable little Halloween party with pizza, drinks and candy for us and this Christmas they had a gift wrapping station and had prizes for the residents. I have zero complaints living here. My daughter rides her bike to the school down the road which at first worried me, but in the mornings Davis Rd has plenty of kids going to school, parents walking them, people exercising and walking their dogs. It's as safe here as anywhere else. This place truly feels like home, it is my peaceful sanctuary. The price is great to be in CCISD, close to shopping, restaurants, gas stations, the beach isn't far. I totally recommend The Shore apartments to anyone. I honestly am in disbelief about all of the bad reviews on here.”

“This is the most wonderful place to live. I have been here since 2008 with the exception of a couple of years and I couldn't wait to get back. The best office staff and maintenance I have seen. They go above and beyond to help everyone. Also wonderful tenants that are very friendly and courteous. I can't imagine living anywhere else. I've always felt very safe here no matter what time I go out my door day or night. I am very thankful to be here and hope to have many more years here.”
