“A cozy little chain retailer that offers womens wear and accessories. The staff was friendly and helpful. As usual the store was neat and well organized, and the dressing rooms are open. It's currently offering a 25% discount on some items. It wasn't too crowded at the time of my visit, and none of the associates wore masks. I browsed and was able to locate a beautiful floral dress that I really liked! I plan to visit again in the future.”

“This was probably my best experience with Foot Locker. I was helped by a young man named Yimi. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. He had to do a lot of running around for us to find the shoes we wanted. In the end, they didn't have the shoe we wanted in the right size. This didn't stop Yimi from being helpful. He searched other stores in the area and gave us the address of one close by that had what we were looking for. Overall, the customer service was exceptional. We will definitely be back in the future.”

I dont know if you guys do reviews for your employees however, I went to Aldo in Baybrook Mall yesterday (Sunday July 24) and Derek ( I beleive thats his name) he is a tall handsome light skinned man....he helped me the whole time and was AMAZING!! “Showed up last night around 8:50 p.m. I went to footlocker and champ’s across from them and they didn’t have the pandas I was buying for my wife for valentines but they had them. Asked them for the size I needed and they bought it ASAP. Service was ok that’s why I gave them 4 stars.”

“After having a rough day at work, the last thing I wanted was to interact with more people. As soon as I stepped in, Noni and the team gave me the warmest greeting. Went in to look for a gift and Noni knew exactly where to direct me. I was approached by another team member and they weren’t pushy at all, rather inviting and brought great energy to my shopping experience. I had questions and asked another team member for help and received the same helpful kindness that everyone else gave me. I love this store for many reasons but the consistency of the Zumiez shopping experience is amazing. I went in for one gift and ended up buying three.
