“My first time experience at Evereve was AMAZING. I came in on a whim not really knowing if I was going to find something since I’m more on the plus size side. However, the floor manager and other employee were ready and willing to help me find something for my new job. When my room was ready I was stunned with all the options they found for me to try. I was skeptical and anxious because I didn’t think the clothes would fit. But to my surprise so many of the choices did fit! The manager even said “ I’m not leaving until we find you something you’re comfortable in!” I ended up leaving with many new wardrobes! I’ll definitely be coming back , both workers encouraged me to style my clothes in many different ways. I left feeling confident 😊”

“Heavenly and Eric helped us and I was so happy with their service. They were patient with our return and they helped us place an order. They treated our transaction as if we were family and really helped us get everything right. I really appreciate this kind of service from a retail store and it’s rare these days. Thank you both for the excellent customer service.”

“Experiences are not always negative; they can be quite positive. However, the poor communication and lack of respect for customers and their journey make the manager, Jas, highly disrespectful and ruin the experience. Her body language does not display appropriate behavior, and her voice tone is aggressive. I do not appreciate the journey when she is present. She fails to sell what is needed and fails to demonstrate what is desired. Therefore, I give her zero stars. Everyone else communicates effectively and with passion. As a manager, Jas, your customer service is subpar. I will not spend money while you are there. You are unprofessional and lack excellent customer service etiquette.”

“Good just that the people who worked there if you looked for a shoe size they just didn't looked for you're size. They were saying that they don't have the size”
