“Experiences are not always negative; they can be quite positive. However, the poor communication and lack of respect for customers and their journey make the manager, Jas, highly disrespectful and ruin the experience. Her body language does not display appropriate behavior, and her voice tone is aggressive. I do not appreciate the journey when she is present. She fails to sell what is needed and fails to demonstrate what is desired. Therefore, I give her zero stars. Everyone else communicates effectively and with passion. As a manager, Jas, your customer service is subpar. I will not spend money while you are there. You are unprofessional and lack excellent customer service etiquette.”
“Shout out to the entire crew at Dick's Sporting Goods, Friendswood, TX. We went an hour before closing and it was busy in the shoe department, but we still got personalized attention. We really appreciate Brandon F.'s expertise as we looked at the vast selection. He was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. After a few solid recommendations we walked out with a great pair of shoes. You could tell the rest of the crew was finishing strong from what I could imagine was a long day of attending to back to school shoppers. We appreciate the kindness of the late shift.”
“I think this is an extremely nice location and it always smells so amazing. The employees are actively engaging with customers on the floor and offer assistance if they see the opportunity. The lines can get long, but they stay on top of trying to keep up a good pace. I’ve had to process returns here as well as completing purchases and have never had any issues. Thank you.”
