I could see a big improvement with Customer Service this time around (post Apr 2025). The staff were more open and Customer facing.The service was quick and the case Supervisor was also friendly and ez to work with. But would really like that this is consistent in the days to come.

After someone wrecking into my 2022 expedition we got at autonation 2 years ago :( Thanks to Anas help, we drove away in an 23 expedition that we absolutely love.
