At the first slot of the day, Colby greeted me with a big smile, checked my car details before sending me in to the lobby to wait while he was taking care of my car. Total time since I came in and headed out was 40 minute. It is a lot faster than I expeteced. The service was great, multi point inspection included to make sure my car in good shape, he test drove it after all services were done. “Jorge Field is a rockstar. I came in with a problem with my tire. He went above and beyond. Checked for any recalls, and found one. Asked if I was able to increase my wait time to repair. He also had my front plate installed while I was waiting. They completed the work in 1/2 the time originally estimated. Which I greatly appreciate because I live an hour away.They also REPAIRED my tire. Did not just replace it and charge me. He even filled my empty wiper fluid without being asked. “This was my first time at Washguys. I’ve had free scheduled maintenance for 3 years on my car. It used to be Autosplash. I’m very happy with the new owners. I went in for an inspection and oil change. While I was there (they now have a mechanic on site) the service manager Curtis noticed that my brake pads were very low. Not enough to fail the inspection, but not enough pad to make it to next year. And they’d be so bad I would have needed the rotors cut or replaced. They were incredibly polite and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Curtis and tell him Mr. Bill sent you. You won’t be disappointed!”
