We went through our auto insurance and caliber collision team did a great job at first explaining on how they will fix It, then the ongoing communication as the repair was going on and finally with the actual at replacement of the rear headlight and it was done in a timely manner.”

“Caliber Collision deserves a solid 5 star because of service, communication, and execution. I was astounded when I first went to this location for help and was immediately greeted and the process was explained in detail. They even coordinated with my rental car company to get me picked up. They finished the job days ahead of schedule and kept me in the loop the whole time via text. You can even check the status with one click of a link, it was very easy and clear. At pickup, I was greeted immediately and they had everything ready to go. My service advisor even came over and shook my hand asking how I thought everything turned out. It was flawless! I honestly couldn't tell the difference before and after. Well done all around - excellent experience!”

My car needed servicing a few weeks ago, shortly after buying out my lease. Jordan Hernandez in service department took the time to explain my options and was very honest about his responses to all of my many questions. When I had to return a few days later for a seemingly minimal issue which had to be squeezed into my busy work schedule, Jordan, on his day off, reached out to the manager. Matt then authorized my car to be expedited as a priority in the auto shop, and later assured me that the issue wasn’t as simple as I had thought initially but was taken care of the Frisco Honda way. Professional as always! Thank you again!”

“Anna is always so wonderful to work with. She truly listens to your concerns & provides honest feedback when you're stuck deciding between different vehicles or trim packages. My phone was about to die while I was trying to set up insurance for the new vehicle & she helpfully found a power pack to save the day.
I couldn't drive off the same day I purchased the vehicle because I was the last customer signing documents well past closing time & final inspection hadn't been completed on the newly arrived vehicle. Both Anna & Kyle stayed past closing to help me finalize the purchase. The next day, Autonation completed the inspection of the new vehicle & the mechanic sent video confirmation that everything was good to go.
Vehicle pickup was smooth. Anna worked all morning to make sure my truck was ready for me after I got off work in the mid-afternoon. She also gave me an interior cleaning kit & pink AutoNation bags to make transferring items from my old to my new vehicle a breeze.

There have been minor things like the air caps on my tires not getting back on, or the problem with the radio not getting figured out. Recently I left and my check engine light came on.
