“I was recently rear ended and was planning on taking my car to the official body shop in grapevine. That shop was backed up until February (they repair cars they buy to sell used as well) so I ended up going with Caliber Collision and I couldn't be happier! The bumper was fixed and painted and looks like new! Took less than a week and everybody was nice and helpful. All my questions were quickly answered by Darren on the phone and in person including a whole new estimate after I picked it up for some other damage I got in a hit and run. Glad I decided not to wait and will definitely be recommending this shop to others!”

“Rhonda and her coworkers went above and beyond to fix my jeep. I have an older Jeep that is not made anymore, and they had to get some salvage parts. Some of those parts were rejected because they were not good enough.”

“Jorge Field is a rockstar. I came in with a problem with my tire. He went above and beyond. Checked for any recalls, and found one. Asked if I was able to increase my wait time to repair. He also had my front plate installed while I was waiting. They completed the work in 1/2 the time originally estimated. Which I greatly appreciate because I live an hour away. They also REPAIRED my tire. Did not just replace it and charge me. He even filled my empty wiper fluid without being asked. I appreciate Jorge’s integrity, reassurance, care and follow thru. Thank you Jorge.”

“Joel is very professional and cares about doing the right thing. I needed an engine cover repair and he was organized, very efficient, and he explained to me what caused the issue the first time around. Awesome work over all, will very likely come again if needed.”

“After reaching out to 10 different repair shops, none were able to take my vehicle for 4-8 weeks. That was until I got in touch with Caliber Collision. Martha, who I spoke with initially, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and was able to help me out the same day. Throughout the repair process, Austin provided frequent updates and was equally professional and courteous. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new inside and out! I would definitely use Caliber Collision again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.”

“These folks were quick to assess and provide an estimate. They were easy to work with through my insurance provider and did a timely job while communicating clearly through the process. When other body shops were asking me to wait 3 weeks for an estimate Frisco auto body, Barry and Brandon, were a breeze to work with, and quick.”

“If I could give 6 stars, I would. I normally don’t put google reviews but Elijah and his team went above and beyond to assist me. Went to a couple of other places and shopped around since my insurance would only pay for a certain amount, and his team got the entire amount covered under insurance.”

“I brought My truck in for some service. I knew this was going to be lengthy process and thought I would have to rent a car for about 10 days. Gage, my service advisor, mentioned that if I was flexible on the timing of the service, a loaner vehicle could be available. This was a no brainer for me. Once a loaner was available, the process to get signed up for it was easy and quick. Elizabeth explained the loaner program to me and off I went. Gage kept me up to date with the progress of my repair. When it was complete, the pickup process was quick and easy. Gage mentioned they offer drop-off at my house, but since I drive past Autonation on my way to work I opted to not take advantage of it.”

“I just needed the front bumper of my pickup pulled out after a minor accident. The other shops I contacted wouldn't even talk to me without an appointment days or weeks in the future. Jerry got the repair done for $200 and my vehicle was ready to go next day at 2:30 PM. Can't beat that!”

“David McDavid Lincoln was amazing. I needed a recall fixed on my Lincoln, and they graciously fixed the recall. The customer service rep said it would be a 3 hour wait, and I only had to wait 1.5 hours for the repair to be finished. Very professional and accommodating.Grapevine Lincoln gave me the run around and never called me to reschedule. I could not get the operator to transfer me to a service agent; a message was taken. No one ever returned my calls. I will never use Grapevine Lincoln.”

“While driving on I-35, a shredded tire was thrown into my lane and I hit it. Sadly, the impact damaged the wind-gate behind the bumper of my pickup and it was hanging on the ground. I decided to Jimmy-rig the wind-gate to the bumper with tape so I could drive my truck to the dealer to buy a replacement part. I made it to the dealership safely, but they wanted $680 just for a new part (not including labor). They urged me to get it replaced before driving my truck back home to Nevada because the wind-gate helps to cool the engine. As a last ditch effort, I decided to go to AutoZone to see if they had any parts to help me replace the wind-gate on my own. However, AutoZone told me they don't carry any parts for new model trucks, but suggested I go to Napa Auto Parts. From the moment I walked into Napa Auto Parts, Dylan greeted me with a warm welcome. He listened to my issue and went outside in 102+ degree heat, got under my truck, and found a temporary solution to fix my problem so I can drive back home to Nevada. Dylan was absolutely fantastic and very friendly. Best of all, he didn't charge me a single penny. I am so incredibly thankful to Dylan and Napa Auto Parts for all they did to help me solve the issue. I honestly don't know what I would've done without their help. Highly, Highly Recommended for your auto needs. Before you decide to go to the dealership, come here first to see if they can help you out.”

“The place was nice. Clean overpriced. I found out Autozone had my part Dorman Brand for $53.00. I was charged $141.00. Big mistake for not checking Autozone first just because I have a BMW.”

“I looked and this was the only place that had the Pilot Touring I wanted. I called and spoke to Zach Green who was super awesome and treated us like VIPs when we got there. Did finance with Howard Jung who was just as amazing, friendly and funny. This place is huge and has very nice amenities while you wait. Ask for Zach and Howard. Got a good price for my 2011 Honda Pilot for trade it too.”

“Hi folks. First worlder here so anything you read, take it with a grain of Himalayan Pink Salt, the good stuff. I am living a life of privvy so do not see my review as other than the review of a guy with too much time and money. If you can afford to worry about how many stars a place has, you aren't rating the last sidewalk you slept on, or dumpster you ate out of. You are doing better than you give yourself credit. I know life is awesome, so read with that in mind. So Crest Infiniti. Though I believe in shopping in my city first, the nearest Infiniti Dealership to me is in a sister city of Grapevine, and is owned by Grubbs. To me, Grubbs is the Spirit Airlines of car stealerships. I would sooner fill my shoes with broken glass and walk than be given a car from Grubbs. So onward to Crest. Did my homework on the car I wanted, got my financing ahead of time, no trade, and boom. Went to Grubbs to make a deal knowing I was just using it as a reference. Got to Crest, they beat Grubbs, boom, SUV. Today I just needed a TPMS flashed. Called Grubby and Crest. Both said no appt needed, that it was a quick job less than 10 minutes. Wow. Drove my dumb behind to Grubbs first, they then told me 2 freaking hours. Why did I allow myself to be lied to by them again knowing that is who they are? I wanted to have my leg cut off, put on a donkey, then have him kick me up in my behind with his leg and mine for trust Grubbs again. Got back in the car drove to North Dallas to Crest. Got to North Dino, drove in the service bay, service advisor greeted me, asked me what I needed today, I told him TPMS needed reset. He walked around with a doo hickey scanning tires, asked me to exit the truck for a minute. Couple minutes later told me I was good to go. Less than 10 minutes from the time I drove in, I was ready to go. Tipped the guy a cool $20. He said no tip was necessary. I thought buying him lunch for the time saved and honesty deserved it. So I insisted he accept my money. The service was free. Life isn't free. Time is money, so I took up their time, I left some money. I had to drive an additional 45 minutes round trip from my home, additional 30 minutes past a much closer Grubbs Infiniti Dealership in Grapevine. Was it worth the extra drive and time? Yes. I would have still been waiting at Grubbs. I was able to get my car fixed, some grocery shopping out of the way and back home in less time with greater distance, by going to Crest Infiniti. Have a great day peeps. Sun is shining, birds are chipping, squirrels are storing their nuts, and I am delighted to have once again had a great day in the first world. Take care of yourselves, and your loved ones. Peace.”

He helped us finalize the financing for our truck. We had a great experience today. Thank you!”
