I came in with a potential car issue, and instead of immediately charging me the $199 diagnostic fee, Jack listened carefully to what I described and was upfront about what he thought the problem was. Given the circumstances, he didn’t charge me for the diagnostic and clearly explained everything. I really appreciate his honesty and transparency—it’s refreshing to see a shop owner prioritize integrity like that. Highly recommend!”

I must tell you that the enterprise team I dealt with was simply the best when it comes to professional behavior, customer-centricity and timely processes. The car was neat and well-maintained. “Picked up my rental car on Apr 19 and had a good experience. First booking online was smooth. Picking up I interacted with 3 gentlemen (african american man - manager, other guy working front desk I believe is Indian, and 3rd guy named Zachary who washed my car) - all gave a great experience, friendly personable not too pushy and efficient
I got the car I wanted and asked for them to rush the wash so I could get back to work and then get on the road and they did just that and still did a good job washing.
There were few issues I could hear with car availability and delayed reservations but I did not face this.”
