“My first interaction with the staff was unsatisfactory, and as I was leaving I felt discouraged and disappointed. However, Brooke reassured me and assisted me with my concerns. She was patient and very resourceful. She asked what I needed and immediately used her handheld device to locate the products.

We were fortunate to find two of the items in the store, and the remaining items will be shipped at no additional charge. Brooke’s customer service was exceptional and very welcoming. She turned my experience around and made me feel valued as a customer.”

“I dropped off some batteries for recycling, and the staff was very helpful. Missing bike parking though.

The electronics displays are kinda weird since they're bolted in place instead of tethered like most places, and then make a loud cry if you try to pick them up to feel the weight distribution (I was curious about a small Macha e-reader and wanted to see its hand feel).”

“I thought our manager had bought our barcode scanner from Texas Barcode Systems, so when our scanner broke down, I called them. Texas Barcode responded very politely and asked what had happened. During the conversation, it turned out that my company had not purchased equipment from Texas Barcode. We bought it another company. I was very upset that the equipment was broken because I needed to work and was looking for help. Despite the fact that I was not their client and had not bought anything from them, and did not even plan to, the owner of Texas Barcode patiently spent time on the phone explaining everything they could do to help fix our barcode scanner.With the help of their instructions, the barcode scanner started working! I have been in business for over 10 years and have not seen such a professional and responsible approach to customer service in a long time! I highly recommend contacting them if you are in need of barcodes equipment.”

“I have been purchasing quality audio and video equipment for many years from Modia and Ben is always very helpful, informative and responsive. I recently bought a new Yamaha home theater receiver from Ben and the service was great as the set up was a bit more complicated than I anticipated.
