Plus, having the option to look at products and conveniently return them to obtain a new one on the spot is a huge plus. I've always been a fan of Best Buy and I'm hoping that their customer service never goes down. “Wonderful experience....in and out in less than 10 minutes. I had gone in to buy a specific kitchenaid mixer that I saw online. I fully expected not to find it in the store. Not only was it available, I didn't have to lift a finger. The wonderful gentleman that was helping me carried it to the counter for payment and then insisted on bringing it to the curbside for me since it is a big heavy machine. Excellent experience all in all. Thank you Best Buy. I have been a loyal shopper for years and will continue to be one.”

“I own an independent retail pharmacy in Southern California. I have been buying toner cartridges from Trinity Computer Systems for a number of years now after visiting their booth in a trade show. My printer had to be replaced 3 times by Lexmark last month due to different issues. Then for unknown reason, two brand new Lexmark brand cartridges were rejected by the printer as defective. Instead of selling me another one, Don offered to contact Lexmark to have them replaced. This is really appreciated by a small business operator like me. Thank you.”
