“Fantastic service, reasonable prices and truly “rapid” turnaround! I had a problem with my HP laptop since my backpack fell while the laptop was in it. The system started crashing. Initial AI chat indicated a potentially loosened SDD or RAM connection. I rushed it to them on Saturday night 10 min before the close. They had it fixed the next day on Sunday! 5 stars! Highly recommended!”
“I have been shopping at this Best Buy since 2015 and even though the layout has changed a million times, I have never had an issue with service. The employees are always professional and timely and accommodating. Today, I had to find a specifically sized microwave to fit the frame of our microwave cabinet so I brought the frame with me. Walking in with a large frame, the employees pointed me to the appliance area & I was able to find the right sized microwave & check out quickly.”
