“I have been shopping at this Best Buy since 2015 and even though the layout has changed a million times, I have never had an issue with service. The employees are always professional and timely and accommodating. Today, I had to find a specifically sized microwave to fit the frame of our microwave cabinet so I brought the frame with me. Walking in with a large frame, the employees pointed me to the appliance area & I was able to find the right sized microwave & check out quickly.”

“I have been purchasing quality audio and video equipment for many years from Modia and Ben is always very helpful, informative and responsive. I recently bought a new Yamaha home theater receiver from Ben and the service was great as the set up was a bit more complicated than I anticipated. This was followed up with a visit from Robert to further adjust some settings and tweak my system. Man, Robert is (as my wife said) the "Stereo Whisperer" and he was absolutely fantastic not only in solving the issues I had with a simply rewiring fix, but he further enhance my systems performance and delivery/sound overall to another level. Thanks Robert and Ben for first rate service and follow up.”

“I wanted to take time out of my day to express how impressed everyone at our law firm is with the service we receive from HBR. Over the years I have been a partner in a few firms and had to deal with companies like HRB. I can state that none of them compare to HRB. All of us are glad we chose your firm for our technical needs. Continued success. Mark”

“Clear and concise information on a straightforward and beneficial transaction. Store Manager Austin Brooks is an unbelievable asset to the company. If he leaves I will shop elsewhere.”
