“Owned our sactional, 2 seat sets and a wedge, for about 2 years now. Ordered it in store with the lovesoft (half down half foam fill) order process was a breeze, picked the tweed. It's been a great set but there were some imperfections and design changes to the materials since we purchased them that have improved the weak points(poor stitches etc) we have had a few pieces replaced under warranty, the warranty service is amazing. The sactional is comfortable. It can be arranged in a variety of ways. I love the deep seat arrangements but unfortunately I also like the wedge and that does not accommodate a deep seat. As far as set up, it takes a bit of time. In a couple hours your seats will be in place and ready to go. If you are a small person you may need a second set of hands to make it go smoothly. The overall look is nice. Comparable to most couches. Yes the price is fairly steep, it's 500 to 1000 for just a seat set so your couch can climb in price quickly. But the functionality durability and warranty coverage make it worth it's weight. You can literally adapt this to any room and grow with it. As long as lovesac remains (I have little doubt) then you will be able to hand this down for generations. The clip in system is durable. I can't vouch for kids jumping on it or heavier people (I'm about 180 and the other half 110) but I can't see it wearing out at double my weight. Long story short. Great couch. I hope love sac adds some additional pieces. Short sides and deeper wedges would be a good start. Their online selection of fabrics is awesome.”

“We met our Designer, Anna, when we entered the Bassett store in Frisco, TX. She was friendly and personable without being pushy. After giving us time to look around, she answered our questions and guided us through the ordering process. We live several hours from this store and our items had to be shipped from different locations. Anna kept us updated during the process. One of the lamp shades was damaged when we received it and as soon as I notified her, she initiated the process of having another one sent to us (which we received within a week). We also ordered an extendable dining table that we are so pleased with. Anna has been helpful and knowledgeable!”

“Called ahead, great phone mannerism. Came into the store, great walk through and testing of mattresses. Even learned a few things. Cancelled my order at a prior store because I had been lied to by the salesperson and here I was experiencing top tier service… or so I thought. Long story short, I went through a bit of hell trying to order my mattress using a prescription because it’s to be delivered to another state (lesson learned and sharing to all who reads this—probably can’t do it).
Thank God for Micah, the store manager. When I tell you that he made all the hurt and pain go away. A consummate professional during all the calls he had to make on my behalf — some with less than helpful folks on the other end. Micah understands people and service!! He literally salvaged what would have been a 2 ⭐️ review to a 4! If I could give him an award for best customer service of all time, I would! Thank you Micah!!”
