“I had the best experience this evening. I was looking for a very specific frame size. When I called earlier, the person I spoke with misunderstood the size I was looking for. When I came by the store, the same frame specialist(Dalton)was apologetic and super nice in trying to make sure that I got what I was looking for. Since they didn’t have the size I needed, he said “I’ll make you one”. It took him ten minutes. He said that this important date isn’t too common, so we have to make sure you have what you came for. He walked the custom frame to my car and gave me recommendations on how to adhere the backing once completely dry. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. Dalton was extremely kind, friendly, and very helpful!”

Ben showed us how to paint our first figure, which was free and so much fun. He did a wonderful job showing us techniques and sharing the different ways we can continue in the hobby. We came back again a few days later and Kyle was wonderful - he shared a lot of lore and clearly loves this world, which makes it easy for beginners to love it too.
