“This is the place for unbelievably cool Cowboys memorabilia and unique items. 10x the mall stores in quantity and quality. Well worth a visit. I was in town for cowboys training camp and preseason game so I was looking for cowboys memorabilia - wow what a place! I’ll go there every time in the future I’m in Dallas.”

“I've visited this shop many times and I always love walking around and seeing what they have. I have also purchased many things from here and have been happy with them all. There's usually only one person working there at a time, when I've been, but that's all that is needed and the people I've dealt with have always been very nice and professional with all my purchases and also when I only want to walk around and look at the pieces they have. “Please don't go anywhere else for framing!!!! They are about 60 to 75% cheaper than Michael's and do in house framing. It's my understanding that Michael's sends their framing out, and don't do in house. Hobby Lobby also don't collect the money up front. I will never go anywhere else for framing.”

“Clean store with lots of craft options. They keep the items in stock and lots of sale going on. The items are clearly marked and having quick checkout lines. The employees are courteous and have ample parking outside. Online store pick up is easy and mostly self service. The price is competitive against online major retailers. I love this Plano neighborhood Micheal’s store.”

“This Michael's is similar to most. The shelves are amazingly full and organized. The staff is extremely helpful and surprisingly know where everything is in the store. I don't know if this is good or bad, but the price on the shelf is generally not the price you pay because it seems that most things are on sale. But the good news is the cash register seems to be smart enough to know the sale prices. But I suggest you compare the shelf prices to what they have on the internet. The store is in a large shopping center with plenty of parking.”

“The store is located inside the Antique Gallery toward the back. There’s a decent selection of pop culture collectibles, including figures, prop replicas, and autographs.”

“I had the best experience this evening. I was looking for a very specific frame size. When I called earlier, the person I spoke with misunderstood the size I was looking for. When I came by the store, the same frame specialist(Dalton)was apologetic and super nice in trying to make sure that I got what I was looking for. Since they didn’t have the size I needed, he said “I’ll make you one”. It took him ten minutes. He said that this important date isn’t too common, so we have to make sure you have what you came for. He walked the custom frame to my car and gave me recommendations on how to adhere the backing once completely dry. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. Dalton was extremely kind, friendly, and very helpful!”

“Came here months ago, well organized and nice modern design. Yelpers, stop giving this place 1 star, this is the best Michael's I've ever been to! I used to have to go to the Frisco location at Eldorado, which I heard that it used to be Staples. If you live near the Frisco location, I would recommend taking the few extra minutes to go to the Prosper one. They are also building a Target at 401 Gates Pkwy right at the other side of the center.”

“Figured this would be a good family activity for my two girls. Staff was extremely helpful in getting us started with a new box set and showing us the ropes, even letting my two girls set up and paint a model. Very happy to come back here if this takes off as a regular family activity.”
