She took my inspiration photo and made it a reality beyond what I even imagined initially. She answered all our questions and made sure that my ring was finished in time for the holidays, and when it needed resizing, she completed the last minute job in time for our engagement party. “honestly, i went shopping on a saturday (11/25). it was my first time going there, and i have to say, all the employees there are so friendly! i feel awful for not retaining her name, but this one employee who was in the fitting rooms was super sweet and even checked up to make sure i was doing alright. and when i went to pay in the registers for this cute dress, the cashier (diana) was extremely sweet. my card unfortunately declined so i had to pay in cash, and when her register didn’t seem to have enough change — she was super intent on giving me the right amount of change when it was just a few cents. i considered on telling her not to go through all that trouble, but she was so intent on it and it really was sweet to see that. clothes are definitely cute — but it’s the employees and excellent customer service there that def make me excited to come back.”

“I have been in this store many times over the last five years. I always find something. This is one of my go-to stores for a pair of work slacks or something more sophisticated for a night out. I decided to leave a review today because I'm reading some of the other reviews, and I don't think the reviewers are even talking about the same store. This store has my information and the only marketing I get is a birthday postcard in the mail once a year. I have never seen them burning candles. The store is always fresh, clean, and well organized.”
