My husband bought me a 23rd diamond ring Anniversary Wedding Band. I found Javeri on Yelp. I like that it is 5th generation owned, and women owned. I told them about our Anniversay being the 20th (the next day), and even during holiday madness (5 days before Christmas), they made it point to squeeze me in for resize up 3 sizes in platinum band! Super friendly. Excellent customer service. Excellent pricing, very affordable. They will now be our neighborhood jeweler going forward. They do custom pieces too. They have an in house jeweler or 2 on staff. So they can do everything in house. So happy with them.”

Christian went through my inventory with me and gave me what I felt was top dollar. I had done some valuations prior to going to DGSE and had a figure in mind. What DGSE offered me was almost 15% higher so I left feeling pretty good. Christian was very professional and gave me in depth details about the pricing so I felt he knew the business very well and when I mentioned I had bought some of the gold at the old Dallas Gold & Silver store back in the early '90's he said he was working there at that time. Links are hard to come by, I guess, so after getting blown off by a ton of places, I finally lucked upon this location. They secured links in less time than they quoted me and I got my watch back a day early!
There was a small issue several days later with the watch — no biggie… things happen — and when I brought it back in, Donna didn’t hesitate for a single second to make it right. I appreciated her kindness and her stellar customer service.

“First, I called to see if I could get watch batteries replaced here. I had five watches that needed new batteries. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and kind. Because of the helpful experience I had over the phone, I chose to bring my watches in for a battery replacements. The watches were done either the same day or the next day, although it was so fast I couldn’t even get there until a few days later as I was out of town. Everyone who works in here is extremely nice. It’s a calming, relaxed environment and atmosphere. I will definitely go in again if I need to purchase any jewelry or have more watch batteries replaced”

“Well, this experience was interesting. I went with a lady friend looking for jewelry for a wedding. Walking in, I was nearly blinded by all the shiny rhinestones and pretty things. I am definitely not the target audience for this store, but I did immediately understand the draw.
I did notice that a lot of the jewelry looked like it belonged on RDR or a pageant stage. It was rather fun to look at.
We were in the store about an hour and it was rather fun watching all the different people shop. A true people watching experience.
Prices seems reasonable and the temperature was pleasant. This store is not stuffy but, very shiny.”
