“I had a fantastic experience in the last few days, as I worked with Donna to have two links added to my Rolex. Links are hard to come by, I guess, so after getting blown off by a ton of places, I finally lucked upon this location. They secured links in less time than they quoted me and I got my watch back a day early!
There was a small issue several days later with the watch — no biggie… things happen — and when I brought it back in, Donna didn’t hesitate for a single second to make it right. I appreciated her kindness and her stellar customer service.
