It's an okay Loft location located in Stonebriar mall. The employees were friendly. I came to return some items. It is one of the smaller Loft stores I have come into though. The sale area is a bit crowded. Sizes are not available. Alternative is ordering online, which they take forever to ship if at all.

I love the Loft but this location is not very friendly. I don’t know if there was a change of staff when they moved location but it has gone downhill the last few months.
