“Sands RX was an absolute breath of fresh air. Unlike a typical retail pharmacy where you’re rushed through the line, I actually had the opportunity to sit down and talk with Natasha. She took the time to answer my questions, make sure I understood everything about my medications, and, most importantly, treated me like a person - not just another prescription.
Natasha went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed before I left. She shared some of her own experiences in a way that made me feel understood, and that simple human connection made all the difference. She never made me feel rushed and genuinely cared about helping me.
I also want to recognize Garrett and Sarah. They were absolutely fantastic in working behind the scenes, making calls and doing everything they could to help expedite my medication through my insurance company. Even though the insurance ultimately couldn’t make it happen, they never stopped trying. They put in far more effort than my own insurance company’s pharmacy ever did, and that level of advocacy did not go unnoticed.
Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but Natasha, Garrett, and Sarah embody it. They truly care about the people they serve, and it shows. I only wish I could use Sands RX to fill all of my prescriptions. Thank you all for your kindness, compassion, and for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. “I like to support local businesses. They are very friendly and able to fill most of my meds. I love that I don't have to wait in line, and wait online to speak with a pharmacist. If there is any issue with filling a press, they will call you. They don't have an app, but I think they have an automated system to text me about my medications refill reminder and when medication is ready. I love being able to have a quick greeting and chat with my service provider.”

Just another reason to shop here.Since Market Street showed up in North Texas, I have had an on-again off again, love-hate relationship with these stores. At first, they lulled me into love at first sight with their small, well-stocked stores. Then prices continued to rise along with a few other irritants and I grew away.However, competition lifts all boats as they say. Since the Arrival of fellow Texas grocery competitior HEB in the DFW area, Market Street are busy "sharpening" its competitive tools.That includes remodeling, reorganizing, and repricing most of their area store.Im a fan again and you should be too...Go!”
