I’ve been a Costco member since 1994, but last week was the first time I utilized a Costco pharmacy.
First, Kristi called me because my prescription was ready for pickup. She was polite, amiable and eager to help. Yes, she extended herself by looking up information to respond to my questions.
Thereafter, at the counter, Chris greeted me with a smile; even though it was almost the end of the day, he was bright and cheerful.
At the consultation counter, speaking with Angelina was ever so refreshing because she animatedly responded to all my questions. She educated me on the use and possible side effects of the new medicine. Her attitude was exceptionally good, unlike some pharmacists, outside of Costco, who robotically respond to questions, always sounding bored and fatigued. Not here, at this pharmacy. You have a fabulous team here. Angelina, Chris and Kristi deserve kudos and more than just a pat on the back.”
“Grateful for the help of Amir (the pharmacist) and Presley yesterday evening. My prescription was filled for 90 days because that’s what my doctor called in. I needed to transfer it to a 30 day prescription because we are still monitoring my labs monthly. Presley immediately noticed the expensive 90 day cost and that’s what alerted me that I hadn’t changed it to a 30 day supply. The fact that she even cared that it was expensive is a breath of fresh air. The pharmacy was busy. Amir saw me waiting and said he would get to it right away and he did. He even checked me out. Amir and the team not only helped those of us filling prescriptions. They went out of their way to help customers that had aisle questions too. I was more than amazed as I observed their level of customer service. I hope they are rewarded for the heart in which they serve. This was an awesome experience.”
“The pharmacist Pam is by far the most kind, passionate, responsible, intelligent, and empathetic woman I’ve ever encountered at any pharmacy. I remember the first time speaking to her on the phone months ago, that’s how impressionable she is. She braced the insane weather with roads full of ice to make it to work to take care of people. From her phone calls, to her in person, she is all around an incredibly caring individual. Which I know pharmaceuticals can wear you down specifically in this area. There was a distinct difference in her answering the phone vs a different employee that I even mentioned it to my care team. All this to say, Pam, you are incredible, a bright light in this dim world. Thankyou for all your sacrifices and your bravery to just take care of others. She needs a raise, bonus, promotion, etc. immediately and I’m hoping to call in a few weeks to make sure that some kind of advancement or accolade has been given to such a one of a kind exceptional woman. “Can always rely on Sam's to have what I need to take care of a large family. Seasonal item selection is always fresh and prices are hard to beat. I especially love the cheap gas given the current market pricing.”
“Friendly staff and communicates very well. Only problem I faced is for some of the medicines we need to wait for 2 days as there will be no stock. So if it's regular medicine plan accordingly.Also recently I have seen they keep track of medicine and ask in sms if we would like for refill. This is a very good option.”
“Excellent pharmacy with consistently great service. Nine out of ten times, medications are available, the staff is professional and pleasant, and the hours are convenient. I don’t even mind walking inside of the store as opposed to using popular national drive-through pharmacies.
On the rare occasion that a medication is on back order, a quick call or notification would be helpful. However, this is not a deterrent, as Market Street Pharmacy’s availability and service are still unmatched. Highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“This pharmacy is always well staffed, and people are helpful, friendly, and fast! ?
If you’re polite with the voicemail system, it can usually let you quickly talk with a person. And most of the time, the people answering the phone can give helpful responses to common questions and initiate refills (assuming they have the meds in stock).
(My only complaint recently has been with the Walmart app: trying to make a vaccine appointment and fill in info was cumbersome and not completely straightforward. But, even in this case, the pharmacy staff anticipated issues, advised me to make whatever appointment for later in the day it would allow, provided a paper form to fill in, and said they could then give me the shot right then.)

“I filled my car with gas on Wednesday 10-30-2024 with regular gas at $2,37 per gallon. Just in time, a tanker truck was filling the underground tanks. As soon as I finished the price increased to $2.79 per gallon. Lucky me.”
“Most of my stay was wonderful! The nursing staff (except for one ?) was wonderful, conscientious, caring and helpful- the drs were attentive, answered my questions and concerns- if you have to be in the hospital at least it feels a little better than expected- the hospital staff and pharmacy also helped with the expensive prescriptions that I could not afford, that was very unexpected and very much appreciated ?”

“The pharamacy at this location is staffed with the nicest and most friendliest staff I have ever experienced. I had been to an Urgent Care close by and they prescribed some medicine for me. It was very late in the day around 8:30 when I was finally done at the Urgent Care. It was a 25 minute drive to this location 6301 West El Dorado in McKinney. When I finally arrived at the pharmacy it was 8:57 pm. The pharmacist informed me they were about to close and asked to see my prescription. She said I will fill this for you because I can see you are needing it tonight. She did not have to do this because the pharmacy closes at 9 pm. I was so appreciative of her staying past 9 pm to fill my script.
I get my wife and my medications filled at this location often. Everyone there treats both of us with professionalism and a very welcoming and positive experience everytime we go in. They are the best.”
