RBFCU - DNT Eldorado is a branch known for its great and very caring employees. The staff are all very nice, attentive, welcoming, and professional. They go well beyond their responsibilities and above and beyond to help members. Service is extremely detailed and very helpful, with all questions answered. The process is smooth. They make members feel like family, not just another person or customer. It is described as a great place to do business with great people who provide great customer service.
