“When I arrived inside, there was a bit of a wait, but it was after 4pm, so it’s understandable that there would be a wait. The manager came over to me and introduced himself and shook my hand, then offered me a water. I asked if there was a public restroom. He said that while there wasn’t a public restroom, he would let me use their facilities in the back. I was able to do so, and came back and was able to get to the teller to get my needs met. “What a terrific place if you actually want help getting banking done. I never go into the branch of my big National Bank because they really can't help you with much. They really don't have any answers. They can't help you with personal finance or loans. It's really sad. RBFCU actually was able to help me with everything I needed. It was quite refreshing! They may be based out of San antonio, but they helped me right here. I'm now a member, and will consider moving more of my banking here.”
