I locked up my phone inadvertently but CSM Jonathan M was AMAZING. I was so upset , but he very kindly and calmly walked me thru the reset and we were able to get almost all of my info back. He was wonderful to work with, highly recommend him!He also showed me new tricks to go on my phone.
