“I came here with a shattered iPad about to leave on a road trip with an iPad kid (IYKYK) They were responsive, kind, and extremely helpful, and quick. After repairing the screen, we realized there was an issue with the button. They immediately offered a solution, allowed me stay in the store until they fixed it, and even provided me a screen protector. They were also extremely reasonably priced compared to others in the area. I truly appreciate their help and recommend them to anyone in need of device repairs. I will also say they have a wonderful collection devices for sale and accessories. I even got the cutest case for my daughter’s iPad!”

“I had spent 20 hours that week being looped and run around on the phone with AT&T attempting to get my internet set up at my apartment. They kept saying there was a “suspended account”. I couldn’t get anyone that could help me through the phone process or explain what that meant.
It was recommended I go into the store and I was calmly greeted by Thomas E. He helped me through the process sitting patiently through phone calls to numbers I did not have. We eventually reached an escalation line and they asked me for a password I was not aware of and asked me to access an email I did not know I had. This information allowed us to find the missing puzzle piece.
Thanks to Thomas, his patience and support, we figured out together that the previous tenant had a delinquent suspended account that was keeping them from being able to set up my internet.
Thank you Thomas for going above and beyond to help me. My apartment has contacted our representative and they are handling the situation from there.

“Especially switching from Mint Mobile (which isn’t bad for the price if you don’t use much data). Cricket is on AT&Ts network which works extremely well even the hotspot works really well so well I can watch movies and live video chats with no issues. And you get 150 Gigs of cloud storage with the $60 plan. It’s sad that I’m this excited about it but it’s really that good”

“I was visiting from out of state and had no idea this store was here. Walked in because I have been a lifelong Samsung user. Had NO intention of buying anything. Just wanted to snoop around. Was greeted by Luis, the assistant store manager. He put on a complete masterclass of customer service. Never felt so welcome to visit a store before. He took time to answer questions about my current Samsung device and enthusiatically shared information about some of Samsung's latest technology. Was later assisted by Jose, who also expertly answered questions I had about the Earbuds. I was so satisfied with the service here, I happily walked out with those earbuds. If I find my way in Texas again, you better believe I'm stopping by here to make my Samsung purchases.”

“To say that my intention was to buy a MacBook Air at Best Buy was not really in the cards. Originally, I had driven to the Apple Store at the galleria only to waste my time there. However, I did decide to stop by Best Buy per my son’s recommendation. We weren’t there anymore than two Minutes and a young lady named Hannah stepped up and took care of me and my purchase. I was thoroughly impressed how she read the customer (Me), sprung into action and got me what I needed. Hannah was super helpful and immediate in making sure I was well taken care of. Best Buy, please see to it that Hannah is well recognized for her outstanding customer service skills!”
