“UPDATE Mar 2026: A couple of events that makes Costco my go-to place for bulk shopping. Employee was nice enough to grab heavy package of drinks off the pallet we needed. Very thoughtful. At checkout we both got our items scanned in carts before getting to checkout lane. Just put everything you can bar code up. Saves time. Swipe the card pay and leave. One of the cart corrals was all full and had left over box blocking it. Told staff who went right over there and fixed for other customers. UPDATE Jan 2025: This is all about the Optical Dept. Very good price and lots to choose from on the wall. Helpful staff and didn't wait long for service if you go on weekdays. Just 9 days from placing order to pickup. UPDATE Nov 2024: Mon before Thanksgiving. Very crowded in store. Get everything before Turkey Day. One must scan membership card to enter now. We shop here all the time especially to buy gas.”

“Great company. Quick to let me know the model I ordered was out of stock and will not be back for another few months, they worked with me after I had already paid to find another inventory item that suits my needs, there was absolutely no hassle and they are quick to respond to any questions you may have. Fantastic experience”
