The space itself is great, but the community is what really sells it. As a small business owner, the value I've gotten from the other owners in this building has been a 10X return on the rent alone. Advice, referrals, connections, the kind of stuff you just don't get from a standard warehouse lease. If you're running a small business and need space, come take a tour.”

“I'm renting an office space for my new business and I'm impressed with how nice everything is. The facilities look new, things are kept clean, and the interior decorations are a nice touch. Tim and Russ are great to work with - friendly, helpful and responsive. I like the security, access to shipping services, wi-fi and printer. I have not used the lunch area or the conference rooms yet but they also look very nice. I plan to stay awhile.”

Checkout moved quickly even though they were busy. Costco continues to be one of my favorite places to shop because of the quality, value, and customer service. Definitely 5 stars!”

“I had the best experience at the At Home store in Chantilly, Virginia yesterday. I was totally frustrated trying to find a lamp shade. After spending over half an hour trying to find one to fit a lamp, CoCo, an At home employee, came along. She could not have been more helpful. Quick to let me know the model I ordered was out of stock and will not be back for another few months, they worked with me after I had already paid to find another inventory item that suits my needs, there was absolutely no hassle and they are quick to respond to any questions you may have.
