“Good service, good prices. Issue I’ve had most times with this shop is that things nearly always take longer than they say. Last time was told 1.5-2 hrs. I left just a bit over 4 hrs later. They kindly discounted my service without me asking, which is why I left at 4 stars vs lower.”

I'm leaving 4 stars because the work quality of wheel balancing is subpar. Seems like I always face this issue with the franchise Discount Tire when it comes to this specific issue. I'm not sure if it's the equipments they're using?
I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere and the result is pretty bad, like around 4-6oz of off-balance (see picture). The tech from a different shop mentioned that some of the old balancing weight was left there too.”

“Getting a flat tire sucks and is extremely inconvenient. But when you take it to the dealership hoping to find a resolution and they charge you an extensive fee makes the day worse. Thanks to Collin he turned a frustrating day to a more pleasing day.

“I needed an emergency set of new tires on my son’s truck…it was a Saturday 4:20pm (they close at 5) and I was 15 minutes away. I called the store at 4:20 and Manny was so amazing, he told me to head that way and they would get it done! They had the exact set of all terrain tires I wanted in stock! Upon arriving at 440pm they grabbed the truck and got to work! Christopher S. Was amazing helping me on arrival to the store and expediting the process! They had all 4 tires perfectly balanced and mounted on the truck before I could even finish checking in and paying for them! ALL of the guys at this Discount Tire Rock!!! “They fixed the door lock on drivers side same day! They are all so professional and friendly. Reassuring too! I have a very old car but they keep it going for me. I am so grateful they are so trustworthy and follow up promptly for any questions or problems.
