“UPDATE June 2026: Two lessons today; how to use tire inflator and don't use provided tire sealant unless necessary. Different car got a nail and went flat overnight at home. Best solution was to use tire inflator and drive to shop. But also used tire sealant which puts all the oily goo inside tire making impossible to repair. Try inflation only first. So needed new tire and the others needed replacement as well. In for penny go for buck. Replaced all in 3 hours. UPDATE Jun 2022: No tire problems this visit just getting annual state car inspection. No sweat no fuss. Didn't take very long. UPDATE Dec 2021. Another surprise. My tires must have magnetics in them to attract nails. Back with same car/same tire that brought me into shop 1st time. Bummer. But got it fixed fast for free I guess because it was same tire I bought new. When it got first nail to close to sidewall to be patched. UPDATE A FEW DAYS LATER: Surprise surprise going back so soon. Different car different problem. I got a nail in one tire and found it low this morning. Not much thought in where to go just a few blocks from the house; Just Tires. Promptly greeted and service provided. Unfortunately the nail was close to wall of tire so a plug to fix wasn't an option with Just Tires. They don't do plugs. So a new tire was in order and one that will match the remaining tread life of the other tires. All fixed in about an hour. Sweet! The manager's parting comment I hope not to have to see you again anytime soon. Me to. EARLIER IN AUG 2021: They earned their five stars in less than an hour. My dashboard alert said that one tire was low and needed air...like now. I checked but found no damage/nail. Not wanting to take a chance I drove here at 4:30pm Fri and got taken care of right away. Shop mgr/tech checked things out and quickly determined the problem was the tire pressure sensor was bad. He replaced it and I was back on the road in less than hour.”

“Jared took really good care of me. He explained the job to me, answered my questions, didn't rush me and he did what I asked him to do. He called for extra help up front because he saw how important my questions were to answer and not have any interruptions while he was explaining everything to me and I greatly appreciate his attention to everything I needed to know about my vehicle.”

“I came here to get all four of my tires replaced, and Hayden was very helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was quick and easy, and I also had an alignment done while I was there.

There was a small issue with the alignment afterward, but I came back and they were able to fix it right away with no hassle. I really appreciated how quickly they took care of everything. Great customer service overall, and I’d definitely recommend them!”

“I really wanted to give this experience just one star based on my interaction with Nick(Nicholas), but Jacob went above and beyond and completely changed my opinion. I genuinely want to thank Jacob for everything he did.

The reason I initially felt like giving one star was because I had spoken with Jacob over the phone beforehand and confirmed everything with him. Unfortunately, I forgot his name at the time. I was on a time crunch, and I was told that if I came in, my vehicle should be completed by around 4 PM, so I decided to make the trip.

While I was on my way, I called the store to give them a heads-up and spoke with Nick. When I arrived, I met with Nick again and explained that I had already spoken with someone and had everything confirmed. Unfortunately, because I couldn’t remember Jacob’s name, Nick did not seem willing to help or take my concerns seriously.

What frustrated me even more was that Nick seemed skeptical when I mentioned that I had been offered a discount. He told me that they don’t give out discounts, which made me feel like I was being treated as if I was lying rather than as a customer who was simply trying to follow through on what had been discussed over the phone.

I also explained that I had been told I could be finished by 4 PM, but I didn’t feel like any effort was made to accommodate that. Nothing was done on my vehicle until around 4 PM, which was extremely frustrating given the time constraint I had communicated.

Thankfully, Jacob came in and completely changed the experience for me. He stepped up, helped resolve the situation, and went above and beyond to make things right. His customer service and willingness to help were exactly what I had hoped for when I first came in.

So while my experience with Nick was very disappointing, Jacob deserves recognition for turning a very frustrating situation into a much better one. Thank you, Jacob, for your help and for actually taking the time to make things right.”

“I got a screw in my tire and Firestone tried to tell me it was not fixable (was not in the sidewall) and that I needed a new tire. So I went here as a second opinion and they fixed it for free and assured me my tires were fine! Shame on Firestone trying to take advantage of a single mom. I’ll be a discount tire customer forever.”
