Had the pleasure of being helped by Melissa. Her professionalism was amazing, she was extremely helpful and kind. Literally what great customer service is all about. Definitely would recommend this specific Avis to anyone and everyone just because of her.

Good service, but there is not a key drop! You cannot return your car after hours. This might cost you an extra day’s rental, so be aware of your return time.
