She treated us with patience and she was personable--even remembering my name when I phoned back a few times to ask questions and give updates on our ETA for pick up. She didn't know how much her kindness meant at the time--I was in frenzy trying to get to my sister a few hours away who had been hospitalized after suffering a life altering medical emergency.
