“Always the best local products at fair prices. The staff are like family and are always knowledgeable or will find someone who is. The cooking connection provides exciting twists on meals to liven up the dinner hour at reasonable prices, it's a life saver sometimes. The fresh cheeses and hand sliced meats also have a small section of prepared packets for those on the run. There are many aspects of this store geared toward the person on the go with little time to spare. However it also offers much to those with a few more minutes to peruse the aisles. You can find the top health foods to top class kitchen essentials and even bbq pits and coolers. The pharmacy is top notch as well with everything possible ointment, cream, spray etc one could possibly need. Also, look for the hidden deals of which there are many!!!!”

“This is a very nice shopping center in a great location. The beautiful fountain & open area in the middle is just phenomenal. It’s really sad to see it empty with only a handful of shops. I remember when it was booming and they even hosted the Katy Sip & Stroll event there. It was very nice. Now, it feels like ever since Local Table left, they can’t keep any tenants. I wonder if the rent is too high. I really hope they do something to bring back to life because honestly if Connolly leaves, they will likely be done”

“Painted Tree in Cinco Ranch is always a fun stop, even if I don’t always find something in my style. I really enjoy browsing the unique designs, creative merchandise, and charming little shops inside. It’s a pleasant experience every time, and I usually stop by before or after shopping at Hobby Lobby.”

“We visited Total Wine and Five Below. Great parking, easy to maneuver through compared to many shopping centers with weird accessibility. Clean and well marked. Nice selection of shops.”

“Good place for shopping and entertainment. It has ample parking space and has around 8 gates from where you can get in. Make sure you know where you are going and park close to that gate because it's a good walk from one end to the other.
The mall has AMC theatre, and a gaming area. It has good restaurants and a good food court. It has Ross and Burlington. Also has outlets of most famous brands and they have deals matching with those at Premium Outlet.”

“Each time I step into Katy's Asian Town and the nearby UKaty + Elite Center, I'm convinced the future is happening right before my very eyes. Bellaire Chinatown / Asiatown is nothing to sneeze at, but this area of businesses along Colonial Parkway is booming into something special. It might just look like a series of strip malls for now, but trust in the coming months / year, it'll be a beast of an Asian (business) enclave. After its debut in 2018, Katy Asian Town has gained enough legitimacy to have its own sign off the highway. There are a series of residential and commercial properties being built as I type this and plenty of vacant spaces that simply need to get filled. For now, there are many chains + well known Houston based establishments that have opened up additional locations here. H-Mart is the major centerpiece for now, but the future phases of this operation will have it looking like a neighborhood sprawl of economic development. It goes without saying, I love coming here and visiting the surrounding areas. There's still plenty of interesting business options all throughout and a lot to see, do, and eat. Whether it's grabbing boba drinks at The Alley (#1), channeling my inner voice on at Sing (#3), afternoon tea at Proper Rose Garden (#4), slurping pho broth at Yummy ( or getting bottles rom Lucky Star (#5), it's only going to be more impressive as time goes on. I really can't wait to see how it all unfolds. (#6) _____________ (#1) (#2) (#3) (#4) (#5) (#6) Two words: Real Estate.”

“This place has one of the best Chinese restaurant. Hunan Gardens super great food.I have tried several different dishes they all are awesome. There is a waiter that always ware black and very seldom smiles my family calls him the assassin. The task when we go in is someone in the group has to make him smile. “Called ahead to see if they were open on the forth of july. And they were. From the moment my family and I walked in we were greeted politely and catered to throughout out shopping. Staff were especially helpful finding the right fit suit for me. Which is no small feet as I am 6ft5 larger build guy. Staff let us know about discounts available to us if we signed up for their rewards program through their DXL app. Dressing room and restrooms were very clean. Overall could not have asked for a better shopping experience.”
