The kids made adorable paw-shaped craft soaps, and they absolutely loved it. The activity was fun, creative, and perfectly organized.

“As a photographer, I had a fantastic experience at The Bowery House and Gardens. The venue was incredibly flexible, adapting seamlessly when unexpected weather changes occurred. The ceremony was initially planned for outdoors, and when it started sprinkling, the team quickly began preparing to move everything inside. However, when the rain held off, they pivoted again, allowing us to proceed as originally planned. Everything turned out beautifully. The outdoor ceremony was stunning, and when we moved inside for the presentation and celebration, the space was set up exactly as our Quinceanera envisioned. The attention to detail and adaptability made for a flawless event, and I highly recommend this venue to any quince or couple looking for a gorgeous and well-managed location!”

“As a bride, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by all the decisions and details that surround your wedding day. For us, choosing Pattison House as our venue was by far one of the easiest, and best decisions we could have made.
Trena and her team are the best of the best. They helped shape my half-formed ideas and instagram screenshots into our dream wedding day. Her suggestions ended up being some of our favorite details of our wedding day. Not only that, but they seamlessly filled the gaps for things I had forgotten on the day-of. Problems solved without any added stress or panic. Trena and her team did all the set-up, day-of management, and tear-down. It’s more than a venue… the staff at Pattison House truly all work together to make your day the most stress-free and beautiful it can be.
We received so many compliments on how beautiful and well-thought-out our wedding day was. That was due in large part to us choosing Pattison House.
But our very favorite part about Pattison House, that truly set it apart from other venues, was that Trena shared that she takes the time to pray over the venue grounds before every event. Absolutely fantastic. We would highly recommend Pattison House to anybody venue-shopping. We love it!!”

“Nut allergies - This is a funny one to comment on because obviously the venue can address any allergies ahead of time. A few dishes we found that had nuts were surprisingly the pork belly and the cheese balls. So, don't make assumptions.

Plenty of parking, easy to get in/out of.

We attended Briscoe Manor's open house in January 2026, which was a showcase of vendors that are familiar with the venue and samples from their in-house catering. It was a fantastic open house. Their in-house catering had short rib wellington bites being walked around, and the buffet sampler spread included a meat and cheese charcuterie board, hummus dip, French onion dip with bread, roasted vegetables, elotes, shrimp cocktails, and deviled eggs. A few hot plates available were the butternut squash rigatoni, crab asparagus, pork belly, and meat loaf. I would say my favorites were the crab asparagus and the short rib Wellington bites.

The venue itself is quite beautiful. The dance floor is a bit small and is raised, so some care should be taken for mixing too much alcohol into that. A string quartet with pop music was playing and the acoustics were very nice in the main reception hall.

The team seemed very friendly and the church was steps away from the reception hall (walk outside briefly, but it's entirely covered in case of rain).”

“From the moment we walked into the venue, we knew this was the right place for our ceremony and reception. It was everything we expected. Mariana and her staff were excellent to work with for everything. Catering, decor, lighting, and working with our wedding coordinator, Fervent Designs!

Leading up to the ceremony, planning was great. On the day of, everything ran so smoothly, my bride was very pleased. I would encourage anyone planning and executing a wedding/reception, to add Palm Royal Villa to the top of their list!”

“First time at the Patio in Katy. Open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. They don't sell food, but you can order food bring it and eat on the patio enjoy the garden and luscious nature. There is a bar where you can order any beverages. On Saturday they had vendors stationed there selling their crafts. The will have the same event on Dec 13. I'll come back.”

“We celebrated our baby shower at Venue D’Amour in the Chateau room. It was such an easy decision as the owner was great to work with and answered all the questions we had. The venue itself was so spacious and was easy to decorate. The host for the event day was great and helped with everything we needed. I can’t wait to have another event just to utilize this venue.”

“We hosted my son’s graduation party at Mandala Reception Hall, and it was an amazing experience! The hall itself is spacious — we had about 130 guests and still had plenty of room to move around comfortably. The high ceiling with beautiful lighting gave it a great ambiance, and the venue comes equipped with a DJ booth, lights, and a top-class sound system that kept the party lively. Roman, the owner, was incredibly friendly and stayed throughout the event to ensure everything went smoothly. Truly a perfect venue for any special occasion!”

“Fun place to visit for a birthday party. My brother-in-law has a party for his son here. It seems safe even though it's a trampoline park. They have a time that only 1 kid can be on a trampoline at once but there's no way to enforce it. They charge him an extra $40 since he brought extra juice for the kids which is plain stupid.”
