Of course the beauty of the venue speaks for itself, but the staff, organization and communication during the entire process was amazing. I loved that the venue was owned by a couple and not by a bigger company. I could feel that they truly cared about each client and wanted the process to be as stress free as possible for me. Macey specifically was amazing!”

This place is absolutely stunning—elegant, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. There is plenty of parking, which is always a plus, and honestly, it doesn’t take much to make this venue look incredible. The space itself already does all the work for you.
I’ve had the opportunity to attend two weddings here. Most recently, I was there last week not only as a guest enjoying the celebration, but also working—getting the bride and her party ready. I was able to experience both sides, and everything was just seamless.
The bridal suite is amazing—perfect for getting ready, comfortable, and well-designed. The bathrooms are also beautiful and very clean, which says a lot about how well the venue is maintained overall.
What I love the most is how versatile the space is. I’ve seen it work beautifully for a more intimate wedding of around 60–80 guests, as well as a larger event of about 150 people, and in both cases it looked absolutely spectacular.
I’m giving this place 5 stars because it truly exceeded expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding or event venue. 100% recommended.”
“Trying to locate a place to have a family event was very frustrating. I came across Mayde Creek Event Center and asked for a tour. I met Miss Toni’s A staff Member. She gave me a tour of the place inside and out and assured me that my event would be successful.. I was so nervous … On the day of the event everything went beautifully decorated! The room was perfect!!! . It turned out great!!! Miss Tonie was very helpful and very polite and very professional. We were short two table cloths and she allowed us to borrow two of their table cloths. What a great lady she saved the day. I would recommend this place and miss Tonie to everyone!!!

“We hosted my son’s graduation party at Mandala Reception Hall, and it was an amazing experience! The hall itself is spacious — we had about 130 guests and still had plenty of room to move around comfortably. The high ceiling with beautiful lighting gave it a great ambiance, and the venue comes equipped with a DJ booth, lights, and a top-class sound system that kept the party lively. Roman, the owner, was incredibly friendly and stayed throughout the event to ensure everything went smoothly. Truly a perfect venue for any special occasion!”
“We really like this theater now, after the massive refurbish. The new lounge seats are very comfortable. The xD theater is beautiful. The food court was refurbished again, it is better than before but very slow. The bar is OK, thiugh expensive.
The last time we went, two of rhe reclining seats were not working. There was no personnel to check it out.”
“I brought my son with me to Altitude, and we arrived at around 8:37 PM. I purchased a one-hour session, but I was charged $17.99, which is the cost of the three-hour session.
I would kindly request that Altitude consider offering a separate, reasonable rate for customers who only want to purchase one hour. Paying the full three-hour price for just one hour seems unfair, especially when arriving later in the evening.
Other than that, everything was great, and we had a good experience. I hope you will consider adding a one-hour pricing option in the future.

The manager, assistant manager, clerks and housekeeping. I will stay here again when I return. The store for snacks and drinks has a good selection and reasonable prices.”

We recently attended the Taste of Asia event at The ARK by Norris – and I have to say, this venue truly exceeded expectations.
From the moment you walk in, the space feels clean, modern, and welcoming. It offers a variety of flexible rooms and breakout areas, making it highly suitable for all kinds of events—from business expos to weddings, conferences, or community showcases.
For our event, we utilized the large main hall for the central meeting and presentations, while vendors from all over the country set up booths in the smaller adjoining rooms to showcase everything from milk tea equipment and restaurant supplies to packaging and innovative food service tools.
The layout flowed smoothly, and everything felt well-organized and thoughtfully planned.
What stood out most to me was how neatly maintained and professionally run the space was.
Even the parking situation was smooth—ample space and easy access.
I can easily see this becoming a go-to spot for future events. Whether you’re a planner, a vendor, or a guest, The ARK by Norris in Katy offers the kind of versatility and comfort that makes everything easier—and a lot more enjoyable.

Room service was responsive and helped take out the trash. Room is bright, beautiful, clean. Location is quiet and I slept like a baby. Most wonderfully is their AC unit, it turns on a dime. It feels like it takes only minutes to change temperature.
Most wonderfully of all is the excellent air quality. I came to stay here due to some issues at home causing asthma and coughing fits, and when I stayed in this room I slept well for the first time in over a week. I was able to breathe deeply again. It was so luxurious to be able to take a deep breath. I slept so peacefully at this hotel that I had nice dreams for the first time, that I forgot it wasn't normal to have nightmares every night.
This hotel deserves 5 out of 5 stars.”

“We had a birthday party there. Avril was our party helper and she was an absolute gem. The place was neat and organized and all the kids (all around age 2) had an absolute blast. We had the 10am party slot which I strongly recommend. Overall fantastic experience. We brought our own food and decorations but the staff made sure we had everything we needed.
Would definitely return.”
