I purchased my unit over the phone and was a bit taken aback by it being located on the second floor because I specifically asked for a first floor unit. Kim was not who I originally booked with, but they were still so kind as to find another unit for me instead. Changed out my locks and gave me a new gate code, and smiled throughout the entire process. Overall, it was an easy, pleasant experience.”
“Before storing my belongings here, I had never rented out space anywhere before. So I was t sure what to expect. Well, I have to say Maria made the process seamless. She was quick and attentive and transparent on pricing (plus I got in on a special!). Facility was no frills what I needed, and the perfect size! (They have a few!) If I need to store anything else and I am in the area, I won't hesitate to return!”
